Oh dear. Ivan Cavaleiro is in the action again but shoots horribly high and wide.

Excellent defending from Davinson Sanchez. For a second it looked like Ivan Cavaleiro was in behind the Spurs defence but Sanchez got back well to steal the ball off the forward's toes. That's just another sign that Spurs need to be careful in this game.

It seems like Adama Traore has done his hammy. He's limping and his manager turns and signals to the the bench that a change is needed.

Was that handball? The crowd think so. There was no appeal from the Spurs players. It came out of nowhere. A Spurs cross from the right was nowhere near a white shirt but Ryan Bennett looked like he leaned towards the ball with an arm.

We'll have to wait for a replay.

  13. Postpublished at 53 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Wolves

Groans around Wembley, not because Wolves have created something at the corner but because Spurs messed up the counter-attack. Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Moussa Sissoko were all charging forward but Eriksen's pass was cut out.

For as long as this remains 1-0 there'll still be an edginess around the ground.

Spurs fully deserve their lead. The goal was a wonder-strike, but Wolves have been decent and hard to beat. They held Spurs to efforts on goal where they have not been completely carved open.

At half time they will think they have still got a chance.

Earlier in the season he almost found himself in a number 10 role behind Lucas Moura. He showed how good he was in that position. If you have runners going past him he has the ability to pick you out.

How his career has gone from strength to strength - becoming one of the best number nines in the world and going on to captain your country - what a four-year period it has been.
