Some of the football we have played in the first half has been sublime, the passing and pace, Ireland have just had no answer to it.

Ryan Giggs will be delighted, Wales have defended as a team, everyone knows their job and on the break they can't contain us at all.

Wales have played very well. I don't think they can play any better, but even so, the Republic of Ireland have not threatened and they are playing scared.

Fun fact, Ethan Ampadu's dad Kwame won four caps for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s in the late 80s/early 90s.

The game is done for me. Wales have been totally dominant and Gareth Bale has set the tone right from the kick off with his energy and willingness to close Ireland down. It has been brilliant to watch and Ryan Giggs will be delighted. These players have no fear and the balance has been spot on.

Roy Keane has just got out of his seat for this first time this half and I fear for Ireland's central midfielders Conor Hourihane and Jeff Hendrick at the interval.

It's half-time. A very, very good team are beating a very, very bad team 3-0 at the break.

There's going to be more goals in the second half if it continues like this - and they won't be to the Irish...
