    Centre-back Alfie Mawson makes his debut for Fulham as boss Slavisa Jokanovic makes 11 changes from the side which beat Burnley 4-2 in the Premier League on Sunday.

    Fellow summer signing Sergio Rico starts in goal, while forwards Neeskens Kebano and Rui Fonte make their first appearances of the season.

    Highly-ranted teenager Ryan Sessegnon is named at left-back as Norway international Stefan Johansen captains the Whites.

    It is all change at Crystal Palace as well. 10 of them. The only survivor from their weekend Premier League game is Jeffrey Schlupp. Max Meyer makes his first start in midfield, while fellow summer signing Vicente Guaita is on debut in goal. Aaron Wan-Bissaka is in, as is Cheikhou Kouyate.

    Former England boss Steve McClaren has had a difficult start at QPR, losing his first four games before Saturday's victory over Wigan.

    McClaren, if you remember, is a previous winner of this competition, triumphing with Middlesbrough against Bolton back in 2004.

    He has a 100% winning record from six second round matches with Boro, Nottingham Forest, Derby and Newcastle.

    Wolves make nine changes from the side that drew with Manchester City on Saturday, with only captain Conor Coady and Matt Doherty retaining their places.

    Cardiff City, the only club in the Premier League and Football League not to have scored a goal yet this season, make wholesale changes tonight. After drawing 0-0 at Huddersfield on Saturday, manager Neil Warnock makes nine changes and hands debuts to goalkeeper Alex Smithies and full-back Greg Cunningham.

    Cardiff XI: Smithies; Peltier, Ecuele Manga, Connolly; Richards, Camarasa, Damour, Cunningham; Harris, Reid, Madine.

    Norwich City boss Daniel Farke goes one further and makes 10 changes from Saturday’s 3-0 home defeat against Leeds United in the Championship. Tom Trybull is the only player to retain his starting place.

    This should be a good game, a meeting of two in-form sides.

    Blackburn have made an impressive start on their return to the Championship, unbeaten in their opening five games.

    They come up against a Lincoln outfit who are also yet to suffer defeat this term, topping the table in League Two.

    Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack scored twice and provided three assists in the previous round against Carlisle and could return to action after missing the last couple of games with a knee injury.
