Francis, London: Even if Spurs do get knocked out they need a result here or they might not even make the Europa League.

Rory Moore, Godstone: This won't be a popular opinion, but perhaps finishing bottom of their group could be a boost for Tottenham in the league? No Thursday night trips to far-flung corners of Europe, meaning the squad gets a full week's rest before EPL games!

Inter have barely had a sniff of a goal... but they should be ahead.

If anything is going to unpick Barcelona's padlock of a defence it is Ivan Perisic's left foot. And that's what happens.

The Inter forward swings in a dangerous cross from the left, which is met by the head of Matteo Politano. However, he can't get enough power on the contact and flicks it wide of the far post.

In Group D... could a Lokomotiv Moscow comeback be on the cards? They pulled one back and trail Porto 2-1. The Russian side are going out as it stands...

    Spurs 0-1 PSV

    Lee Dixon
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC Radio 5 live at Wembley

Lucas Moura hasn't had as much of an impact in the second half, compared to the first. The manager will have seen that and decided to tweak it by bringing Erik Lamela on, as he has been in good form recently.

Boos from the Spurs fans because Lucas Moura is being replaced by Erik Lamela. Strange decision to bring the Brazilian off, he'd been their brightest attacking player.

Joe, Colchester: Spurs can't defend at all, let alone set pieces. Spurs can't score because they reek of desperation. Once anxiety steps in it becomes extremely difficult to overcome your opponent's. Top teams score from 40% of their chances I don't think Spurs convert 5% of theirs.

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Wembley

PSV, if anything, have looked more comfortable in the opening stages of the second half than they did in the closing phase of the first.

Spurs are lacking spark but at least the man to the left of the press box who has been constantly pleading for Erik Lamela to come on is getting his wish.

PSV are very difficult to pick up from set pieces because they stand together very tight. Marking has been a problem from free-kicks and corners all night for Spurs.

Rory: Get the ball to Moura, swap Son for Lamela and stop crossing the ball into the box. They are better than us in the air!

Luke: Why are Spurs fans upset/hurt? PSV are a European heavy weights against the new boys that are Spurs. Spurs are by far the smallest side in the group, so going out bottom was expected by every football fan.
