Well, we're in dreamland. What a change around from that first half, it really is.

It's all about the quality of the ball in from Christian Eriksen and Fernando Llorente just gets ahead of his marker and gives it a little flick.

    BIG GOAL.

He's only just come on! Fernando Llorente with a feather of a touch from Christian Eriksen's wonderful corner. Just tickled it into the far corner.

Spurs in a great position now!

Well what a ball, and what a run and what a finish! Jan Vertonghen man of the match.

He's kept Jadon Sancho quiet in this second half after having a few problems in the first.

His timing of the run was superb he was just waiting for Serge Aurier to send it in. It's a beautifully-timed volley past the goalkeeper.

    This is what Tottenham deserve.

A clean sheet and to get that second goal - it's a little cushion.

2-0 is a fine result for Spurs, but conceding a late away goal would not be good news at all. Dortmund free-kick, well cleared...

    Jan Vertonghen

Great goal! A goal and an assist for Jan Vertonghen, what an inspired decision to play him at wing-back!

A superb goal this, Serge Aurier bends in a gem of a cross from the right, Vertonghen is onside and not tracked, he watches it all the way on to his instep and then batters in a volley from about seven yard sout. Pandemonium in the stands...

Jadon Sancho has been nowhere near as involved in the second half.

    He's been very quiet.

Vincent Crans: Imagine if we somehow managed to hold onto this Ajax team for the next 5 years. They’d be a European powerhouse like we used to be. Shame dreams are just that.

Don't think I've heard Sancho's name being mentioned once in the this second half. Hope that isn't tempting fate...

Err, no Amrul, having medals doesn't necessarily mean you are great player. Son is 10 times the player Park was.

Not sure how the ball made it all that way to Lucas Moura but the defender got a decent head on it to concede a corner.

    Nothing came of that.

Joseph: If Dortmund want to get into this game you feel they need a proper center forward playing as Götze hasn't done much

Abhishek: If only medal collection was the true measure of how good a player really is. Heung Min has been the best Asian player in the past two years and is playing better than Nakata, Inamoto or Park.

Don Uorri: Lucas Moura needs to go off for Lamela.

Christian Eriksen has unsurprisingly been one of Spurs' most dangerous players so far. He's had more shots than any of his teammates (3) and has played three key passes.

It's Davinson Sanchez who has played more passes though (86) - with a 96.5% accuracy rate - and he's also had the most touches of any Tottenham player (94).

Gingeresting: This has been a great high-paced game between two evenly matched sides. Credit to the referee for letting it flow so much.

Lambo: Say what you want about how good Son is, Pochettino needs to be recognised for helping Son mature into the player he is today
