PSG 1-2 Man Utd (Agg: 3-2)

Kylian Mbappe finds some rare space on the right but Chis Smalling clears away smartly. Maybe the final quarter of the game will return to the open era of the first half. United then counter and force a throw down in the corner.

Looking at the way United are set up just now, it looks like they're playing much more defensive at the moment, as if they're going to play more on the break.

Dalot is almost in the right-back position and Young's further in so you've got five, sometimes six along that back line, which means Rashford is having to drop back in to left midfield.

    When they've not got the ball it's almost a 5-4-1, and a 4-5-1 when they've got it.

We're down to almost walking pace now in Paris. It's almost like there's about £50m and a managerial career at stake.

    Porto 2-1 Roma (Agg: 3-3)

Boooooo! Edin Dzeko, you're better than this! The former Manchester City man squares up to Pepe, head to head but there's no heabutt in sight. Just some very clear and fruity language. I can't believe I'm going in to bat for Pepe of all people but that was poor.

Dzeko goes down like he's been smashed, rolls around and they are both booked. Pepe will miss the first leg of the quarter-finals, if Porto get through.

Massive night in at Sergio Ramos' it is. You bring the crisps.

Romelu Lukaku is down and needing some treatment on his ankle. He hobbles away to the sidelines, shaking his head a touch. He's going to carry on though, surely.

Angel di Maria scores to put PSG in charge...no!

No! The offside flag is up and it's the correct call. Di Maria was clearly offside before he brilliantly clipped it over David de Gea and in.

    Moussa Marega

Moussa Marega deserves this goal - he's had a stormer for Porto!

Jesus Corona, who has also been impressive, plays a superb curling cross into the centre and Marega is in the right place to stick a leg out and divert it into the top corner.

That goal will take the game to extra-time unless Roma respond!

PSG 1-2 Man Utd (Agg: 3-2)

Manchester United need another goal of course, they will be through on away goals if they can find one (and don't concede another). Their first real attack of the second half ends with Andreas Pereira putting a cross from the left deep over the head of Romelu Lukaku.

    On a hat-trick of course.

It's a lot less chaotic since the restart. It's a bit less fun to be honest but probably a bit more bearable for both coaches. Good defending from Victor Lindelof as he stretches to cut out a looping cross to the far post.

James Lorimer: The game is there to be won now! If United get at them again from the get go in the 2nd half they will crumble like a digestive biscuit!

Jack Beardwell: Rom, vindicating himself of the flat track bully tag. 2 more in the 2nd half please.

Kyle: The last 10 minutes of the half once Dalot went on United defended a lot better and looked more in the ascendancy hopefully that will continue at the start of the 2nd half. PSG must be fearing another humiliating exit like Barcelona last season.

Away we go! Porto need a goal. At least.

If it ends 2-1 to Porto we have extra time.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is having to wear that bib because his jacket is clashing with the PSG kit - we think.

PSG starting the half with some controlled possession. Maybe the second half is going to be a more measured, cautious affair from both sides.

I was reading before kick-off that PSG are set to offer Gianluigi Buffon a new two-year deal to take him beyond 43!

That may need to be reconsidered...
