One last text. Because this is outstanding...
That looks like an Olympic Breakfast from Little Chef... those were the days!
Mate that is incredible. It actually is. Here's the caption from that image...

Excellent projector work there sir.
And as for an all-English final, I was thinking that too. Would it be good or not?
Moscow 2008 certainly provided plenty of drama...

John Bathgate: I think an all English final would be boring to all but Liverpool and Spurs fans. Come on Tadic! (Saints fan)
Joe: As a Spurs fan do I want a Champions League win and Poch potentially walking, or another trophyless season and him staying? I'll take the win and hope for the best.

Tottenham Hotspur
Here's the Spurs side. Any heroes out there?
Jan Vertonghen is fit to play and he may be wearing some sort of mask we are led to believe. I make that three ex-Ajax players.

As much as I've enjoyed our breakfast chat, we may have to park that chat for now. Sauteed potatoes? Who do you think you are!

I listened to a replay of the 5 Live commentary of last night's goals today and the raw emotion of it all brought a lump to my throat. Even half as much excitement tonight would be good.
Michael in Motherwell
They're not wedges, they're fried potatoes; they're an optional extra for the full English, like alloys on a car. What rock have you been hiding under?
Tom, Rugby
I have to say that whoever anon texted at 18.35 about the potato wedges has got it wrong they're actually sautéed potatoes..
Rick Styne, London but actually in Portsmouth right now

The Ajax team is in - it's just one change from the side which won at Tottenham last week.
Dusan Tadic leads the line.

Chris Painter: Croissants are rubbish. why buy something where half gets eaten and half just flakes away into a disappointing mess, forcing me to lick the plate to get the rest up? who wants that on their conscience?
I don't think I've ever agreed with a tweet more in my life. Like eating sawdust. Give me a slice of toast any day.
Nobody could really decide if he was being serious or not.
Ajax v Tottenham (20:00 BST, Agg: 1-0)
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has hinted he could leave the club if they win the Champions League this year.
He says he could not "repeat the miracle" of winning it with Spurs.
"To win in these circumstances this season, maybe I need to think about maybe doing something different in the future," said Pochettino.
Asked if he was serious about possibly leaving, he said: "It's not a joke."
He added: "Winning the Champions League? It should be fantastic, no? Close the five-year chapter and go home."

I couldn't agree more! But it was the only picture we had. While we're at it - croissants are rubbish. Discuss.
What are those potato wedges with the full English?! Absolute monstrosity
Ajax v Tottenham (20:00 BST, Agg: 1-0)
Qualifiers included, Ajax have already played 17 games this season in the Champions League (6 in the qualifiers, 11 in the group/knockout stages), more than any other team this season. They have only lost one of these 17 games, a 2-1 home defeat against Real Madrid in the round of 16.

Ajax Amsterdam and Cameroon's Andre Onana says black goalkeepers have to work harder than white stoppers to make it to the top of European football.
The 23-year-old believes there is a misconception that black keepers make too many mistakes.
"I don't see the difference between white and black goalkeepers," he said.
"They're the same - they make mistakes. I make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. Black keepers need to prepare well because it's not easy for us."
Ajax v Tottenham (20:00 BST, Agg: 1-0)
If it is to be Ajax in the final, you can't say they've had it easy. This brilliant young Dutch side have knocked out Real Madrid and Juventus already and won last week at the New White Hart Lane.
Do they start tonight as favourites? Or can the return of Son spiring Spurs to success?

Only one of the 17 previous teams to lose the first leg at home in a Champions League/European Cup semi-final tie has progressed to the final: it was Ajax in 1995-96, the Dutch team losing 1-0 at home against Panathinaikos before winning 3-0 away.

Unless you've been on an oil rig, working in a Siberian coal mine or are my dad you probably know that Liverpool produced one of the great European nights to beat Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield last night and move into their ninth European Cup final.
Can Spurs join them?
