There's no doubt it's been coming.

Taleb Twatha picked it up and drove forward. Yet again Dor Peretz is running in to that box and this time they punish us.

Kevin McDonald does not match his run, the central defenders can't react, he takes a touch and he squeezes it past Allan McGregor.

Israel are laying siege to the Scotland penalty area as a series of panicked clearances ends with the ball falling to Bibras Natcho, who hammers in a shot that Allan McGregor punches away.

Israel left wing-back Taleb Twatha has twice been in good positions in this second half but his final ball lets him down on both occasions.

And we're off again. Can Scotland get their act together or will there be a few more hairy moments for us to endure?

As the teams re-emerge, Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna is on for Scotland, with Charlie Mulgrew making way.

Stephen O'Donnell limped off at the end of the first half but the Kilmarnock full-back is okay to continue.

He'll [Alex McLeish] definitely be considering changing the system.

The players are looking at him and saying 'we're not happy with this system'. It's not working.

They are finding areas of the pitch to easily and we've been lucky they've not taken any of their opportunities. Israel have not played particularly well to break us down.

It's not been a great performance. It's been as difficult as I thought it would be if we didn't play at a high enough level.

We've been caught in behind the wing-backs on each side. Stephen O'Donnell and Andy Roberston aren't getting forward but aren't getting back either. The midfield has been really disappointing. All around it's been a performance that Alex McLeish will not be too happy with.

He may have to tinker, and if Stephen O'Donnell is injured he may have go to a back four to stop them going into the wide areas.

Something has to change at the interval because the scoreline is not an accurate reflection of how this game has gone. And if the pattern continues after the break, Israel will surely score.

Even though both teams are playing similar systems, the home side are finding it much easier to find space and create openings.

Well, it's been an odd half of football, with Israel well on top but trailing to a Charlie Mulgrew penalty.

The home side have had 10 shots, three on target, and lively striker Munas Dabbur could have had a hat-trick.

Scotland have posed little threat but a soft foul on Steven Naismith led to the spot-kick and Mulgrew absolutely smashed it home.

Allan McGregor has to look lively again as he beats away a stinging shot from Munas Dabbur. It's another one you'd expect a top level keeper to make but these are worrying times for Scotland.

They've created the most chances but we are lucky that they have not taken them and we're also lucky that they don't seem to be playing with intensity.

It's too easy. We've watched Andy Robertson a few times and he's too high. It's not been blistering play. That was an easy pass to Munas Dabbur.

I'm looking at the Scotland players faces and they are kind of looking as if to say 'I'm not really enjoying this, is there anything we can do to make it better'?

Scotland aren't at it. We've got the lead, that's all you can say at the moment.

Scotland still don’t have control of this game and three times in quick succession Israel slice through the heart of the visitors’ team. Alex McLeish is desperately trying to get instructions on to different players - Kevin McDonald, Johnny Russell, Andy Robertson - to tell them what he wants them to do to improve the situation.

Another let-off for Scotland, who are looking increasingly shaky. Ben Sahar cuts in from the right and drills a shot against the base of the near post. Allan McGregor probably had it covered. Probably...

Johnny Russell is taking a bit of a pounding. It's strong physical play from the Israel side defensively. They are on top. That's two clear-cut chances that have come right down the middle of the park.

Not for the first time, Scotland are carved open through the middle of the park. Munas Dabbur steadies himself 25 yards out and has all the time in the world to curl one towards the top corner of the net - and it's not far away.

Another warning for Scotland as Beram Kayal gets a good look at goal from the edge of the penalty box but his shot is tame and Allan McGregor gets down to smother without much fuss.

A long ball over the top catches the Scotland defence napping but Ben Sahar's first touch is not the best and his second is a shocker as he blazes a shot high over the target.
