  1. CLOSE!published at 15:25 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

Nearly, but not quite! Watford should be ahead (again) but this time it's a fine flowing move down the left. Roberto Pereyra drives forwards, finds Jose Holebas on the overlap and he hits a first-time cutback to Gerard Deulofeu, about eight yards out. The former Everton man shoots first-time, a cushioned side-foot, but he puts it a yard wide.

  2. Postpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Cardiff 0-0 Leicester

Leicester's best chance to fashion something so far is wasted by Ricardo Pereira, who did superbly to gather possession wide right and beat two men to get into the box. His pull-back is to nobody. Why didn't he shoot?

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

Burnley are well off the pace, and they're nearly punished. It's so easy for Felipe Anderson to complete a one-two to goalscorer Marko Arnautovic, he's in on goal again, and this time Joe Hart makes a very good sprawling save at his near post.

The Clarets look befuddled at the moment. Can't get near the men in claret.

    Everton 0-0 Brighton

Everton remain the better side at Goodison, without reward yet. Theo Walcott drives to the byline and sees his cross blocked out for a corner, which is swung in and header wide by Kurt Zouma.

Still England hope for Theo? Gareth Southgate is here so today would be a fine time to shine.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

Watford stand off Mo Diame, and he nearly makes them pay! The midfielder moves the ball on to his right foot and lets loose, a stinging 20-yard drive which is well saved by a diving Ben Foster.

Foster made some excellent saves last week against Huddersfield and there's another one.

  6. Postpublished at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Cardiff 0-0 Leicester

Callum Paterson has been in fine form in recent weeks. The full-back, turned midfielder, turned striker is put through on goal, but he had gone just a touch early. Flag up. Chance over.

  7. 'Very lucky from a Newcastle point of view'published at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

    Lee McCulloch
Former Rangers midfielder on BBC 5 Live Sports extra

The marking at the corner was terrible there. I don't know who has let them go.

Mariappa should have scored from there, very lucky from a Newcastle point of view.

They need to get up the pitch and keep possession of the ball.

Richarlison limps to the touchline to get some treatment. Looks like he'll be OK to continue for the time being at least. He's a lucky boy. His ankle could have suffered some serious damage there.

  9. 'Arnautovic has been excellent'published at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Republic of Ireland winger on Final Score

James Tarkowski has done something I have never seen him do, take a touch! His first touch has let him down, Arnautovic has been excellent and he reads the bad touch and slots it under Joe Hart.

He celebrates right in front of Tarkowski after his earlier kick on him.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

    And Watford should be ahead!

Newcastle leave Adrian Mariappa totally free from a corner, his header down is half cleared, Will Hughes has a swipe at it, it comes back to Mariappa about six yards out, snd he screws a shot wide.

    Poor finish, massive chance!

  11. ouch!

Postpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Everton 0-0 Brighton

Ooooh, that looks nasty. Richarlison chases a ball out of play and goes over on his ankle. The grimace says it all. That hurt.

That could well be his afternoon over. Be a huge blow to Everton if so.

  12. 'Newcastle are defending deep and narrowly'published at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

    Lee McCulloch
Former Rangers midfielder on BBC 5 Live Sports extra

Newcastle are defending deep and narrowly.

When Newcastle win it back there is a little bit of slackness and now Watford have an opportunity.

It's been pretty poor so far.

  13. Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

Watford are building some pressure, the lively Gerard Deulofeu dances into the penalty area but is eventually crowded out. The men in green looking for an opener. Newcastle still looking for a win, remember...

Sigurdsson could have scored twice himself already. This time he nips in at the near post to poke an effort just wide of the upright. It was a tougher chance than the first. He had a man for company, who did just enough to put the Iceland midfielder off.

    Cardiff 0-0 Leicester

Cardiff are pressing well, keeping Leicester pinned in their own half. Schmeichel almost gets himself into some bother with a heavy touch before working it out of danger to Chilwell.

  16. goal

GOAL - West Ham 1-0 Burnleypublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Marko Arnautovic (11 mins)

If you're a Burnley fan, look away now - a real clanger from James Tarkowski!

The centre-half is far too casual on the ball as the last man, he turns to play the ball back to Joe Hart but takes too long. Marko Arnautovic nicks the ball from his toes, takes a touch and slots past Hart for his fifth of the season.

There's some verbals afterwards too. Sledging.

    West Ham 0-0 Burnley

West Ham are back up to 11 men - both injured parties are able to carry on after a lengthy stoppage. A disjointed start to proceedings mind.

  18. ouch!

Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    West Ham 0-0 Burnley

Poor challenge from Ben Mee, the Burnley skipper crunches Pedro Obiang, a scissor tackle, and the midfielder is hurt here.

Mee protests that he won the ball but I'm not 100% convinced. It was certainly forceful. Marko Arnautovic is also limping away off the ball too.

    Everton 0-0 Brighton

Another chance goes begging for Everton. Seamus Coleman's low ball into the box is there to be put in by Gylfi Sigurdsson, but for the first time in what feels like months, the in-form midfielder fluffs his lines and slices his effort.

  20. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 Watford

Newcastle have Salomon Rondon back in the side today and he shows what he can do with a great touch out wide to power past his man - but his cross is awful. Shanked behind for a goal kick.
