It's clearly a day for veteran strikers. Nathan Tyson and Simon Cox have found the net in League One and now Jon Stead has put struggling Notts County 1-0 up against Tranmere.

Notts have only won three league games this season.

Is Sol Campbell on the way to a first win in management?

In his second league match in charge of Macclesfield, they are 1-0 to the good against Crawley. Elliott Durrell has the goal.

Elsewhere, Oldham are already 3-0 up against fourth-placed Bury. Some first half that for the Latics, who are unbeaten in six league games and finding some fine form.
