Solid pre-match meal that Vicki. Slow-release energy which should last well over 90 minutes...

Neil Warnock has been there and done it. Every team of his is the same style - a bunch of players who will compete, fight, get stuck in and grind.
He's got vast experience, and he's got hungry players willing to prove themselves. No-nonsense defending.
It doesn't surprise me that they're picking up results.

I still think Cardiff will go down.
Looking at the teams around them, are they just going through a good patch? Can they sustain it?
They will give themselves a chance, they won't be dead and buried by March but I don't see how they have the quality to stay up.
Watford v Cardiff (15:00 GMT)
This is the first top-flight meeting between the two sides.
Watford have only lost one of their nine Premier League home matches against promoted opposition, while Cardiff have only managed one point from their past nine Premier League away games.
Watford v Cardiff (15:00 GMT)
To be honest, this is the sort of day we're quite happy to be sat indoors in our BBC Sport bunker.
Dark. Dank. Dismal. Damp. Disgusting.
The sky is that dark at Vicarage Road it looks like a midweek night match.
One Cardiff player is wearing a woolly hat so far down his face - with a snood so high - that he is less identifiable than a bank robber.
Man City 3-1 Everton
Did we tell you Manchester City had wrapped up their 3-1 win over Everton? Now you know.
That means the reigning champions go back to the top of the Premier League table. Liverpool can leapfrog them again if they beat Manchester United tomorrow.
City fans cheering on United then?

Tottenham's performance at Barcelona was unbelievable, they knew exactly what they had to do. They were helped by PSV's results against Inter Milan.
What Spurs did in Barcelona was a sign of growth, they have a team of players who can handle the occasion and should have won the game.
Tottenham v Burnley (15:00 GMT)
Should Tottenham have splashed the cash in the summer? It is still a debate which divides opinion.
You could argue they are doing just fine with the players Mauricio Pochettino has at his disposal, sitting third in the Premier League and reaching the Champions League last 16.
You could also argue they might have been closer to Liverpool and Manchester City, and not scraped through their Champions League group by the skin of their teeth, if they had more strength in depth.

Spursy: To consistently and inevitably fail to live up to expectations. To bottle it.
Spursy has made it into the urban dictionary. That means it is an actual thing.
Or was an actual thing? Was this the week where they shook off that cliched tag?
It was defiantly un-Spursy by Mauricio Pochettino's men in Barcelona this week.
Tottenham v Burnley (15:00 GMT)
Bit more meat on the bones of the Spurs team news.
Belgium defender Jan Vertonghen misses out due to a thigh injury, while England midfielder Eric Dier misses today's game due to a virus.
Dier has been downed by the pre-Christmas bug which half of the country seems to have, it appears.
