    After the feisty comments from both coaches during their pre-match interviews, there was a civil handshake between Marcelo Bielsa and Frank Lampard at kick-off.

    Leeds thought they had been awarded penalty after just 30 seconds when referee Andy Davies pointed to the spot... but the assistant had his flag up for offside.
