  1. 'Pathetic' defendingpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Everton 0-1 Wolves

    Garth Crooks
BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

Garth Crooks is not impressed with Leighton Baines....

"Without doubt it's a penalty. Baines brings Doherty down. Zouma's there so I don't know why Baines is panicking. Forget your pride. Be professional because now he's put his team on the back foot. It's pathetic."

  2. CLOSE!published at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Fulham

What a chance! He should be taking those!

Fulham hardly ever win away but what a chance to take the lead, wonderful ball in on the run by Joe Bryan, Aleksandar Mitrovic is free, five yards out. He heads it wide...

  3. CLOSE!published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

Eden Hazard plays a lovely backheel into the path of Gonzalo Higuain, but his return is not quite up to Olivier Giroud standards. Overhit.

Jorginho then picks out Higuain inside the area and he cracks in a shot on the volley but it's deflected wide for a corner. Fine block in fact.

    Everton 0-1 Wolves

Neat passing move from Everton as they look to recover from going an early goal behind, but Tom Davies loses possession twice in quick succession and there are plenty of orange shirts back behind the ball to cover.

    Brighton 0-0 Watford

Little to report from the Amex thus far.

  6. 'Michy Batshuayi is a goalscorer'published at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

Michy Batshuayi is a fantastic goalscorer, I am not sure about his overall play but he could end up scoring more goals than any Chelsea striker this season!

GOAL - Everton 0-1 Wolvespublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Ruben Neves (8 mins)

Ruben Neves to take the penalty... little stutter, but the Wolves midfielder sends Jordan Pickford the wrong way and it's the visitors who are in front at Goodison!

  8. CLOSE!published at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

Great chance for the visitors! Simple stuff, lay it off to the full-back, Chris Lowe delivers nicely and Aaron Mooy arrives to plant a header just over the top.

    Unlucky!

  9. PENALTYpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Everton 0-0 Wolves

Leighton Baines brings down Matt Doherty and the visitors have a chance to take the lead from the spot...

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Southampton

Southampton sporting yellow today, and they've started more brightly too...

Danny Ings goes through one-on-one with Tom Heaton, but the Burnley stopper does well to keep it goalless at Turf Moor.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Fulham

All Palace possession so far, but it's all patient stuff in front of the Fulham defence. Palace are yet to get Christian Benteke into the game as Jordan Ayew picks up a booking.

  12. 'Muted atmosphere'published at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

There is a muted atmosphere in and out of the ground. Chelsea lined up in a 4-4-2 for kick-off but they've immediately gone to a 4-3-3. That would have given Jan Siewert a bit of a fright!

  13. Postpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Brighton 0-0 Watford

I'm going early with this but Etienne Capoue has just played the pass of the day. Driven, outside of the boot, swerving from the left wing to the right wing, straight on to Will Hughes' chest 50 yards+ away.

    Brilliant.

  14. CLOSE!published at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

Unlucky Ross Barkley! Good effort from 25 yards, running on to the ball and side-footing a curler just wide of the bottom corner.

  15. Postpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Everton 0-0 Wolves

    Ouch!

One of those tackles that had it not happened in the first minute, Ruben Neves might have found himself in the book.

Crunches into Richarlison, but the Wolves midfielder comes off worse.

  16. Postpublished at 15:01 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Fulham

Palace start in a lively fashion. Fulham have gone back to a back five despite turning the game around at half time in midweek when they went to a four.

  19. 'We had our chances, it was not easy for us' - Benitezpublished at 14:58 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

    Tottenham 1-0 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez speaking to Sky Sports: "I think we did well in the first half and we had chances in the beginning of the second half. They were pushing hard, we were defending well and this goal we could've avoided.

"We have to give credit to Son because the shot was a good one and we hit the post in the second half, that was a big chance for us. You have to give credit to Tottenham because they have injuries but still some of the best players in the national team. It was not easy for us."

After being asked about new signing Miguel Almiron: "We need to bring new faces and we needed that so we will see for the next games. We can improve with the same kind of performance and mentality."

  20. 'Ranieri went out of his way for me'published at 14:57 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2019

Crystal Palace v Fulham (15:00 GMT)

    Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson: "We will see a lot of games like this, with both teams desperate for points. We know the severity of the situation, it will be two highly motivated teams. Both will be anxious to get points on the board.

"We [Hodgson and Claudio Ranieri] go back quite a long way. He was very helpful to me when I went to Serie A. There isn't a great deal of contact with the other coaches in Italy, but he went out of his way to extend a welcoming hand."
