Joao Moutinho takes the resulting free-kick and it fizzes straight towards the top of the goal - forcing Frank Fielding into a smart save as he tips it onto the crossbar and over.

Raul Jimenez is dragged back by Tomas Kalas after he latched onto a nod on. The Bristol City defender goes in the book but he's lucky not to get a red. He was the last man and Jimenez was away!

Good hands from John Ruddy as the ball bobbled and just bounced in front of him as he got to it, but he comfortably dealt with it which is what you want from your keeper.

You can see from Wolves' heatmap in this second half that they have been pegged back in their own half - and their own box - for the majority of the last 30 odd minutes.

Bailey Wright fires a shot through a packed crowd in the Wolves box but John Ruddy reacts superbly to flap it over the backline.

The resulting corner eventually comes out to Marlon Pack on the edge of the box but again, his drilled effort is well saved by Ruddy.

Kasey Palmer is replaced by Jamie Paterson, who gets a warm applause from the home fans.

Poor play from both sides, not the greatest passage of play.

The atmosphere has dropped a little at Ashton Gate. It's very evenly matched still and though Bristol City have picked their level up, they haven't created too many clear-cut chances.

Ivan Cavaleiro's shot on the edge of the box is blocked and Bristol City try to counter but Leander Dendoncker tracks back to stop it.

Sean in Carshalton: I'm a Palace fan, so obviously would love them to win it, but if they go out, then please anyone but a big club - preferably not even a Premier League club. And anyone but Real Madrid to win the Champions League while we're at it!

Jay Dasilva lays it off to his right for Adam Webster on the left wing but his shot is hit way over the bar. Jonny then brings down Callum O'Dowda on the opposite flank.

Bristol City are really pumping up the pressure.

Famara Diedhiou is brought down and Bristol City have a free-kick slightly to the left, about 30 yards out.

Kasey Palmer has placed the ball down and is eyeing it up... but his curling effort skips inches wide of the keeper's right post.

Bailey Wright feeds it through to Callum O'Dowda down the right and again, he plays a great cut-back into the box.

Jay Dasilva is the man running onto it at the edge of the box but he's tentative in his approach and his shot flies way over the bar. He had time to have an extra touch and place that!

I am hearing there could be a number of empty seats in the away end this afternoon. There are some issues with the trains between London and Doncaster, so it’s possible a good number of Crystal Palace fans won't make it, which is a great shame.

Callum O'Dowda makes a great run down the right and tries to cut it back but it's well cleared by Wolves. This is very promising for the hosts.

Bristol City have certainly come out of the tunnel all fired up in this second half. They are pushing higher up the field and playing with more tempo.

But Kasey Palmer is loose in possession and sloppily gives it away in the Wolves half.

Marlon Pack gets stuck in straight away with an interception in midfield and it starts off a good attack for Bristol City.

In the end, the ball bobbles around in the Wolves box before they clear and a long ball forward tries to release Ivan Cavaleiro but he's nudged off it just in time.

Bristol City look to have moved to a 4-4-2 formation now with a few substitutions. Matty Taylor replaces Niclas Eliasson and Marlon Pack is on for Joe Morrell.
