Onome Ebi does well to stick a leg out and put off Lee Geum-min, who tries to get on the end of a deflected ball in the box.

The flag goes up on the far side though. She was offside.

You certainly can't say Nigeria are favouring a side. Ngozi Ebere goes up the left this time though. Her swinging cross is almost met by Asisat Oshoala but the striker misses it by inches.

Lee Mi-na's shot from the edge of the box is blocked before it falls into the keeper's hands. Francesca Ordega then takes charge of her own, sprinting down the left and taking on Kim Hye-Ri before she's herded away.

    Nigeria 1-0 South Korea

This could have gone anywhere! Lee Mi-na does well to squeeze a ball across from the left and it almost falls for Lee Geum-min. She tries to turn and shoot but can only poke it to her right and there's no teammate there to tap it in.

Nigeria go straight up the other end and win a corner.

    Corner to Nigeria.

    Nigeria 1-0 South Korea

That goal has burst life into the Nigerians. They are pressing for a second and the South Koreans look a bit overwhelmed.

A slipped ball through the centre encourages Jung Seol-bin to chase but it's comfortably collected by the keeper.

    Nigeria 1-0 South Korea

Asisat Oshoala makes a good run into the box but there's too many South Korea bodies in the way.

After a few 50-50 tackles fall in Nigeria's favour, Oshoala shoots from the right but it's blocked.

    Nigeria 1-0 South Korea

Nigerian captain Desire Oparanozie instinctively threw out her arm when that ball came off Kim Do-yeun's foot and VAR are checking for handball.

Did she intend to do it? That's the question.

GOAL - Nigeria 1-0 South Koreapublished at 29 mins

    Kim Do-yeun (own goal

This would be a lovely goal if it was in the right net...

It's route one - a ball over the top which causes problems. Kim Do-yeon sticks out a right leg and ends up volleying the ball past her keeper and into the back of the net.

Absolute shambles. But a great finish!

  16. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Nigeria 0-0 South Korea

Francisca Ordega, the Shanghai Shenhua forward, has not seen too much of the ball but tries to drive at the full-back.

Jang Sel-Gi is ready for it though. She stands her ground and pushes the striker towards the backline, winning a goal kick. Solid.

    Nigeria 0-0 South Korea

Cool as you like from defensive duo Onome Ebi and Ngozi Ebere. They work it out from the back well, keeping their composure, before playing it long towards Asisat Oshoala on the left.

She chases it down but is beaten by the defender and ends up giving away a free-kick...

    Nigeria 0-0 South Korea

Rita Chikwelu misreads the ball and misses her header in midfield. It allows South Korea to break - two-on-three - and it comes out to Lee Geum-min on the left.

She steps inside and lays it off to Lee Mi-na on the edge of the box. She strikes it cleanly, back across goal, and it bounces inches wide of the keeper's right post!

    Nigeria 0-0 South Korea

South Korea are just starting to take control of the game. A patient build-up ends with a swinging cross from the right by Kim Hye-Ri.

It's good communication from keeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and centre-back Chidinma Okeke. The 18-year-old comes out to catch it safely.
