Nigeria are one of seven nations to have appeared at every Women's World Cup since its introduction in 1991.

That experience on the world stage could prove vital today but they have only managed to make it out of the group stages just once.

They went on to reach the quarter-finals in 1999 but if they are to stand any chance of mirroring that achievement this year, they need a win today.

Nigeria, ranked 38th in the world, will be looking to their key players to provide the spark. And they have a few.

Asisat Oshoala is their star striker. The Barcelona forward scored in the Champions League final a few weeks ago so knows what it takes to perform under pressure.

The bottom two nations in Group A meet this afternoon in Grenoble, looking for their first points at this year's Fifa Women's World Cup.

Nigeria suffered a 3-0 defeat to Norway on Saturday, a day after South Korea were thumped 4-0 by hosts France in the opening match in Paris.

It's been more than four hours since 11-time African champions Nigeria scored a World Cup goal but opponents South Korea are yet to keep a clean sheet at the finals.

With France and Norway the clear favourites to take the group's top two spots, this game is a must win for Nigeria and South Korea.

But who will come out on top? Kick-off is half an hour away...
