Jeremy Stewart: Great header by Sam Kerr but I think she wins the prize of the tournament so far for NOT looking at all happy with her goal!

Ellie Carpenter and Emily Gielnik link-up nicely on the right before switching it across midfield.

Eventually, it's Sam Kerr who loses possession and Allyson Swaby hoofs it clear.

That hat-trick is definitely on the cards if it stays like this. Jamaica are struggling here.

  5. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 24 mins

    Jamaica 0-1 Australia

Sam Kerr is through in the box and she's just about to let rip until she's bundled off the ball by Toriana Patterson.

There's a few appeals for a penalty but there's no VAR review. Kerr just didn't have enough strength.

    Jamaica 0-1 Australia

It's backs against the wall from Jamaica at the moment. Sam Kerr is unmarked too often in the box and she's getting plenty of opportunities.

Cheyna Matthews tries to relieve some pressure in midfield but she's penalised twice in a matter of minutes for seemingly mild challenges.

As it stands, Australia are going through as runners-up. Brazil and Italy are still 0-0 in the other group game.

The Matildas look to extend their lead as Emily Gielnik finds Sam Kerr but this time the captain's header drops wide of the keeper's right post.

And that's what Khadija Shaw can do.

The midfielder beats the full-back for pace, showing power to reach the byline before firing in a cross from the right.

Alanna Kennedy defends it well and Australia look to counter.

    Jamaica 0-1 Australia

Just what the Matildas wanted. Sam Kerr is too good for these Jamaican defenders.

She'll be looking to add to her tally, that's for sure.

    Sam Kerr

A second goal in three games for the skipper.

Sam Kerr, who is picked out by an inch-perfect cross from the left, sees the keeper off her line and loops a header over Nicole McClure.

    Jamaica 0-0 Australia

Lisa de Vanna and Sam Kerr slice through three defenders with a quick one-two before Kerr fires a cross from the left.

It's awkward for Deneisha Blackwood and her skewed clearance almost lands perfectly for Emily Gielnik.

At the other end, Mireya Grey manages to beat Chloe Logarzo and get a cross away but it's scooped up by the keeper.

    Jamaica 0-0 Australia

Sam Kerr's presence is already causing a bit of a stir. A curling ball from the right is aimed towards her but Nicole McClure is sharp off her line to snuff out the danger.

    Jamaica 0-0 Australia

Australian captain Sam Kerr has her first sight of goal when she receives the ball in space on the right of the box.

She tries to chip the keeper but it's a relatively easy save in the end.

  15. CLOSE!published at 5 mins

    Jamaica 0-0 Australia

Khadija Shaw, who is without a doubt Jamaica's biggest threat, cuts through the middle and plays a really inviting ball towards Cheyna Matthews on the left.

Matthews doesn't get there first but Ellie Carpenter's clearance ends up bouncing off her and almost rolls past the keeper!

    Jamaica 0-0 Australia

Lisa De Vanna brings the ball down nicely in the box and lays it off to Katrina Gorry.

Miscommunication between herself and Sam Kerr means the attack breaks down but the Aussies then swing a dangerous cross in from the right. Keeper Nicole McClure flaps at it and doesn't get any contact. Bit nervy...

Dan Martins: I was skeptical of letting 3rd place teams advance at first, but it's been great for the competition. Turned a lot of matchday 3 games that would normally be ineffectual into chances to progress.

    Jamaica v Australia (20:00 BST)

Jamaican captain Konya Plummer doesn't understand referee Katalin Kulcsar when she asked at the coin toss if they want to switch sides or take the kick-off.

Eventually they work it out and have a little giggle.
