The crowd are urging France on as the tournament hosts attack. Brazil are just starting to drop back a bit now.

Brazil make a second change as veteran Formiga is replaced by Andressinha.

Debinha wins the ball just outside the France area, turns and takes a few steps towards goal before powering a low drive towards the near post but Sarah Bouhaddi saves.

Lovely footwork from Kadidiatou Diani as she twists and turns before her run towards goal is halted by Formiga's foot. The Brazil veteran is shown a yellow card.

Kathellen jumps over Valérie Gauvin to clear a ball into the box. There's the briefest flutter of appeals for a France penalty but they are halfhearted at best.

Suddenly, Brazil have the momentum after offering so little in attack up until that goal. France need to regain their composure.

Brazil are celebrating! They think they have scored as Thaisa drives in but it is ruled out. Looks like an offside.

Just watching replays and that is indeed a great save by Sarah Bouhaddi. She got a strong hand to the header to push it onto the bar.

Now there's a scramble in the other box as Wendie Renard can't quite get the decisive touch on a delivery from a corner.

Just as I type that, Brazil hit the woodwork!

It comes from a free-kick which is sent into the box for Cristiane, who heads goalwards but the ball bounces back off the top of the bar. Sarah Bouhaddi might have even helped it onto the woodwork.

We've got a game now.

The home fans are bouncing, the VAR incident from the first half forgotten about. It's a deserved goal as well, Brazil haven't got going at all in this half.
