    The Dutch players do a lap of the stadium to thank their unwavering supporters, who have lit up this Women's World Cup.

    They've had around 10,000 people parading in their orange gear through every host city for the past four weeks.

    It's brilliant to see such passion for the women's team after their success at Euro 2017 and now here in France.

    I know how much the players put in. It's not the Megan Rapinoes or the Alex Morgans but it's the players you don't know as much about.

    It's the Crystal Dunns and the Kelley O'Haras who I'm so happy for because they are the ones doing all the dirty work.

    What a fight the Netherlands put up. They didn't stop right till the end and the penalty was awarded at such a pivotal time. It was a great final.

    This was their first final. They have done so well just getting here. A proud day for them, despite defeat.
