England boss Phil Neville is here watching the game from the stands, sat just behind a number of coaches from within the English women's game, including current West Ham boss Matt Beard and former Arsenal managers Vic Akers and Pedro Martinez Losa.

Any late drama before the break?

If there's going to be any, it's looking more likely to come from Paris Saint-Germain, who've had a decent little spell in the past few minutes.

I'd say the two opposition left-wingers - Ashley Lawrence (pictured) of PSG and Chelsea's Karen Carney - have caught the eye most in an otherwise cagey first half.

Lawrence wins a corner for the visitors, but it's comfortably cleared.

As I said earlier, it's been classic first-leg fodder so far.

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

Another couple of nearly moments for Chelsea.

First Bethany England can't quite latch onto a long ball forward from Hannah Blundell, and then Sophie Ingle fails to direct her head on target from the resulting Blues corner.

Tom's not wrong - but Erin Cuthbert perhaps should've given PSG goalkeeper Christiane Endler something to do there!

Cuthbert pinches the ball off one of the visiting defenders and streams through on goal but, having steadied herself, sees her attempt blocked behind by a recovering challenge.

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

Chelsea have not been allowed to get their usual, fluid passing going, with the French side giving them hardly any time, and squeezing out all the space.

Neither keeper has had a proper save to make yet.

Now Drew Spence is offered a slight sight of goal around 20 yards out but, instead of shooting, tries to dink an optimistic little pass through that fizzles out to nothing in particular.

The Blues are on top, either way.

This is more like it from the home side.

Karen Carney is becoming increasingly involved, engaging in a cracking little battle with right-back Eve Perisset.

After a couple of robust challenges from the PSG defender, Carney picks herself up and pops it through her opponent's legs, only to then shank the cross.

The Chelsea forwards would welcome a bit more of that kind of service, I'm sure. Bethany England, in particular, has been feeding off scraps so far.

    And now a Chelsea chance!

Ji So-Yun attempts to feed a pass between the PSG centre-half and full-back, but Erin Cuthbert can't quite beat goalkeeper Christiane Endler to the ball and it comes to nothing.

It was almost the perfect through ball.

Aminata Diallo is going to try to carry on, but she's definitely not running at 100%.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have at last mustered an attack of note, but it breaks down when Karen Carney overhits here cross.

  12. Postpublished at 18 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

I'd be interested to know how much possession each team has had in the opposition half - it's all been very scrappy as soon as the ball has moved into the middle third of the pitch.

Meanwhile, Aminata Diallo seems to be struggling after a challenge in the middle of the park. I'm not sure the PSG player is going to be able to continue.

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

You can clearly hear Chelsea boss Emma Hayes bellowing at her back four to push out and squeeze the game a bit more.

A couple of times now they've been caught in possession and nearly played themselves into trouble.

Not too much to write home about thus far.

After some PSG fans were turned away earlier [see 18:53], the French supporters who have actually made it into the ground - around 30 of them - have all congregated in one corner, adjacent to their left-back Perle Morroni.

A similar-sized group of PSG fans at the 2017 final at the Cardiff City Stadium made a constant noise throughout that match. It appears they're going to do the same again tonight. They're bouncing.

That said, I reckon Emma Hayes' Chelsea side have settled slightly the better.

PSG, backed by a vocal away following, are on the attack through Ashley Lawrence now... but her attempted cross is struck straight into the arms of goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger.

  17. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

Those few early comings together aside, there's not been too much in the game in the opening throes.

It's typical first leg stuff, really. All very tight and all very tentative.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 4 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

Visiting defensive duo Eve Perisset and Irene Peredes combine to absolutely clatter Bethany England, who has stayed down after that challenge.

Then, moments later, Peredes crunches into Ji So-Yun and receives a yellow card.

PSG's start has been, erm, somewhat physical.

  19. A packed press boxpublished at 2 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 PSG

    Tom Garry
    BBC Sport at KIngsmeadow

The press box here at Kingsmeadow is completely full, which is a rarity in women's club football, but not a surprise tonight.

It's surely the biggest match of both of these two teams' seasons so far, and there are a large number of reporters here from the French capital, one of whom was keen to remind me earlier that PSG have reached the final of this competition twice since 2015, while no British outfit has been past the semi-finals since Arsenal's triumph in 2007.
