Wigan pulled of a great result on Friday, winning 2-1 at Leeds despite playing with 10 men for over 70 minutes.

That result moved the Latics five points clear of the relegation zone.

Paul Cook's men have lost just one of their past six games, and are unbeaten in eight at the DW Stadium.

Today's visitors Preston seem set to miss out on the play-offs after losing four games in a row.

The Lilywhites ended that run on Friday, when they won at rock-bottom Ipswich.

    Aston Villa 1-0 Millwall

Millwall are starting to put every man up for set pieces in the closing stages, but Villa break from a set piece.

This time it is Anwar El Ghazi who has a chance on the counter-attack.

He does everything right from the one-on-one, but David Martin is there again and flicks the ball wide of goal.

Somehow he denies the winger. If that was in it would have been all over.

El Ghazi is down on his haunches wondering how he didn't finish the game off.

It's a big game for Rotherham today.

The Millers started the day three points from safety, and will be hoping to avoid joining Ipswich and Bolton in League One next season.

Their survival bid was dented on Friday, when they lost 4-3 at Swansea, and Paul Warne's side have won just one of their past six games.

Birmingham are not totally safe following their nine-point deduction for breaching FFP rules, and have drawn their past three.

ANOTHER David Martin save - this time clawing out a diving header from Keinan Davis.

But, there was an infringement and Millwall get a free-kick, so it wouldn't have stood.

But that man David Martin is there again to make another save for Millwall.

There are just over six minutes left.

    Aston Villa 1-0 Millwall

Millwall defender Jake Cooper heads well wide of goal from a long free-kick forward, and it is a let-off for Villa keeper Jed Steer.

He had run out of his goal to almost the edge of the area in an attempt to gather the ball, and was nowhere near getting it.

As it is the ball drops harmlessly wide, but if it was on target it would have been the equaliser.

Derby County are still in the thick of the chase for the play-offs, but one win in their past four has seen the Rams drop to eighth, and three points off Middlesbrough, who occupy the final spot.

Frank Lampard's side welcome a QPR team who have just one win in nine and are winless in their last nine Championship games away from Loftus Road.

Rangers are eight points above the relegation zone, but should be fine.
