    With all the League Two action done and dusted, now it is time for League One to reach its climax.

    The title is yet to be decided, one play-off spot is still up for grabs and six teams are battling to avoid the three remaining relegation places.

    Throw in Portsmouth, Sunderland and Charlton all playing for position in the play-offs, and all but one of this evening's 12 fixtures have something riding on them.

    FT: MK Dons 1-0 Mansfield

    The pitch invasion at MK Dons has turned a bit nasty, as police need to get involved to separate sections of opposing supporters from one another.

    A few objects were thrown after Dons fans came onto the playing surface following the win that gave them promotion and consigned the Stags to the play-offs.

    Here's how the top of League Two finished up.

    Colchester looked as though they would claim the final play-off place for most of the afternoon when they went 3-0 up at Lincoln, but Jamille Matt's late equaliser for Newport saw them finish the season in seventh.

    MK Dons' 1-0 win over Mansfield earns them an immediate return to League One.

    MK Dons see out seven minutes of injury time and seal promotion, which sparks a pitch invasion at Stadium MK.

    David Wheeler's second-minute header proved enough to win the game.

    Paul Tisdale has led the Dons to an immediate return to the third tier.

    Colchester did what they needed to do, but missed out on the play-offs as Newport grabbed a late draw at Morecambe.
