  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 88 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

What a chance for Hibs to level! The ball loops up to Florian Kamberi at the back post, six yards out. The Hibs striker side-foots it on target but Allan McGregor makes a fabulous diving save, keeping it out with his knee.

  4. Postpublished at 83 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Fraser Murray throws himself at a deflected Florian Kamberi cross but his header skews wide. A couple of mildly worrying moments for the hosts. A reminder that it's only a one-goal lead.

  5. Postpublished at 81 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Corner to HIbs, Stevie Mallan fires it in with pace and Darren McGregor can only bundle the ball out of play as he tries to steal a march at the back post.

  6. CLOSE!published at 78 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Alfredo Morelos nods a James Tavernier down towards the bottom corner but it slides just wide. A big dive from Ofir Marciano but I suspect the keeper knew it wasn't on target.

Another switch for Rangers, with Ross McCrorie on for Glen Kamara.

  7. Postpublished at 77 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

A final change for Hibs as Fraser Murray comes on for Mark Milligan. That's a 19-year-old attacking midfielder for a 33-year-old holding player.

    Quote Message

Rangers have became sloppy in this second half, they need to up the tempo and get on the ball. Allan McGregor has the ball and they're just jogging to get those angles, they should be sprinting and get the ball moving to encourage Hibs to come out.

  9. Rangers send for Morelospublished at 74 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Here comes Alfredo Morelos. That's livened the crowd up as the Colombian striker returns from a four-game ban. Goalscorer Jermain Defoe is off.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 71 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Mark Milligan is late with a challenge on Steven Davis. The booking is a bit harsh but maybe referee Bobby Madden is as bored as the rest of us.

  11. Postpublished at 69 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

The home fans are beginning to get a bit restless, urging their favourites to pick up the pace.

As soon as they do, Hibs break and it's a two v two situation but Marc McNulty doesn't read Florian Kamberi's pass across the face of goal.

  12. Postpublished at 64 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Much better from Hibs. David Gray storms forward to meet a long diagonal from fellow full-back Lewis Stevenson. His cross is deflected into the path of Thomas Agyepong and the little forward drills a low shot wide by a foot or so.

  13. Double change for Hibspublished at 62 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Hibs make a double change in a bid to inject some life into their chase for an equaliser. Florian Kamberi and Thomas Agyepong are on, with Ryan Gauld and Daryl Horgan making way.

  14. Who ate all the pies?published at 16:48 British Summer Time 5 May 2019

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Has Jon Flanagan been hitting the pies hard at half time? No, it's Scottish wrestling star Grado larking about during the interval.

To be fair, the chunky chap could probably keep up with the current sluggish pace.

  15. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Hibs' soporific passing is perhaps lulling Rangers to sleep. It's all very pedestrian at the moment.

  16. 'Candeias has got to score'published at 16:42 British Summer Time 5 May 2019

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

    Quote Message

Candeias has got to score. He's got a big gap in there and Marciano has left the near post open for him. Arfield slips it to him perfectly there so he's got to find that corner.

  17. Postpublished at 52 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Hibs are knocking it about without any real purpose. Rangers will be more than happy to see the likes of Stevie Mallan and Ryan Gauld on the ball deep in their own half.

  18. CLOSE!published at 49 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Hibernian

Scott Arfield bundles his way through a series of weak challenges and feeds Daniel Candeias inside the penalty area. The Rangers sub has the whole goal to aim at but drills his shot into the side-netting.
