There's no real pattern yet. Too many fouls and free-kicks. It's very windy - which isn't helping.

Now now. Tom Naylor could be in trouble for Pompey here. He has just thrown the ball at Chris Maguire...
He gets a yellow but he threw it straight at Maguire's head. Stupid.

Well there's certainly no holding back going on from both sets of players in the early exchanges.
Sunderland clearly fancy an early goal to knock all the energy out of Portsmouth and quieten this notoriously raucous home crowd.
Can all 22 players out there keep it up though?
Portsmouth 0-0 Sunderland (agg 0-1)
More pressure from the Black Cats.
George Honeyman cannot adjust in time to get on the end of Bryan Oviedo's teasing cross from the left flank.
The visitors are getting numbers into the box. No signs of sitting on what they have so far.
Portsmouth 0-0 Sunderland (agg 0-1)
That challenge by Evans doesn't get better on review. Very high and more than a bit reckless.
Sunderland are having slightly the better of things so far.
Portsmouth 0-0 Sunderland (agg 0-1)
That early caution looks like it's going to be par of the course. It's been a 'busy' start all round the pitch.
A feisty beginning at Fratton Park.
Portsmouth 0-0 Sunderland (agg 0-1)
Pompey's Gareth Evans goes into the book very early on. It's a high challenge that catches Lee Cattermole around the chops.
Portsmouth 0-0 Sunderland (agg 0-1)
As expected there is a fair noise emanating from the Pompey fans.
But it's Sunderland who are first to show with Grant Leadbitter sending a curling effort towards goal.
It was a pretty standard save for Craig McGillivray.

Comebacks are very much the footballing fashion. Is Fratton Park about to witness another one? If the pattern of the past 10 days or so continues Pompey will be 3-0 down on aggregate at the break and win 4-3.
Whadyyya reckon?

Well, what a week we've already had for play-off semi-final drama. Is more in store here tonight between two heavyweights of this division?
Portsmouth will hope there is and it falls in their favour having never won a two-legged play-off match in their history but are unbeaten against Sunderland in their past seven home meetings.
But, Sunderland will fancy their chances too of being able to blunt Pompey's attacking threat - as they did on Saturday.
Portsmouth v Sunderland (19:45 BST)
Sunderland won't be seeing Aiden McGeady wheeling away in delight tonight. The influential winger was injured in the warm-up before Saturday's first leg and is not even a substitute.
First-leg matchwinner Chris Maguire starts for the Black Cats with the experienced Grant Leadbitter also coming in to the side. Duncan Watmore is on the bench for the first time since March.

Just like last night, both Portsmouth and Sunderland have a glorious history and a huge fan base.
Pompey's support can be staggeringly loud, and they will need that backing as they look to turn this one around.
Chris Maguire scored the only goal when the sides met on Saturday. Will it be enough?
Portsmouth v Sunderland (19:45 BST)
The play-offs are magnificent aren't they? A trifle unfair at times, given league positions and so on.
(Leeds fans look away now).
Derby's Championship play-off semi-final win over Leeds was pretty special for all sorts of reasons.
Will Sunderland and Portsmouth serve up some similarly spell-binding drama in their League One play-off second leg?
Sunderland hold the advantage after winning 1-0 at home in the first meeting. But first-leg leads seemingly mean diddly squat this season.
Welcome along. Let's see what unfurls at Fratton Park.
