It's hotting up... Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin finds himself in the book and 30 seconds later Palace skipper Luka Milivojevic joins him.
Bournemouth 0-0 Sheffield Utd
Callum Robinson can't quite get on the end of a teasing cross from the right by John Lundstram and it bounces out for a throw-in.
All it needed was a touch...
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Gylfi Sigurdsson can't believe it, the Everton midfielder was certain he'd opened the scoring there.
The ball ricocheted around the box and eventually fell to the Icelander, who flicked it beyond Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guaita only for Patrick van Aanholt to dash back on to the line to clear.
So close!
Watford 0-1 Brighton
Solly March thinks the ball is going out when Will Hughes pokes it into the box but Kiko Femenia doesn't give up.
He uses his strength to keep it in play and sets up Andre Gray in the centre. The striker hits it first time but Lewis Dunk makes a crucial goalline clearance.
March is the most relieved person in the stadium...

Bournemouth 0-0 Sheffield Utd
Oh lovely stuff! Callum Robinson dummies the ball on the edge of the area and David McGoldrick flicks it onto Enda Stevens in the box.
Stevens doesn't quite get there and Aaron Ramsdale is able to gather it in but that wasn't too far away...

Made the 500 mile round trip to Turf Moor for an absolute stinker of a first half. Really hope the second half picks up or it's gonna be a long soggy bus back to the village.

Watford 0-1 Brighton
Davy Propper wins an early corner for Brighton with a run down the right and the resulting set-piece is fizzed in towards the near post.
It misses Glenn Murray's head but bounces dangerously off Lewis Dunk and flashes wide.

We go again...

FT: West Ham 0-5 Man City
Manchester City kicked off their campaign with a 5-0 win over West Ham in the early kick-off.
Pep Guardiola on BBC 5 Radio Live: "In terms of five goals yes I am happy, in terms of the first half no. It was far from it. I knew that we missed a lot of simple, simple balls. The second half was much better from the beginning so I am pleased with that and I am pleased of the result."

Back under way at Dean Court.
