Anyone got Burnley on the acca? Didn't think so.

    • The Clarets have lost nine successive league meetings to the Gunners - the longest losing streak in their top-flight history against a particular opponent.
    • Their only victory in the past 19 away games against Arsenal in all competitions came in September 1974.
    • Arsenal have won all seven encounters at the Emirates Stadium by an aggregate score of 21-4.

Here's a reminder of the two teams...

After keeping all of his new signings on the bench in the opener at Newcastle, Gunners boss Unai Emery decides the time is right to bring in centre-back David Luiz and on-loan Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos. But £72m winger Nicolas Pepe must bide his time once again.

The only other change to Emery's starting XI sees striker Alexandre Lacazette come in, with Granit Xhaka, Calum Chambers and Henrikh Mkhitaryan drop out.

Skipper Xhaka misses out altogether because of injury, while there is still no place for Mesut Ozil after he was left out of the Gunners' season-opening win over Newcastle because of "further security fears" after being involved in a carjacking attempt. Saed Kolasinac does return to the bench though.

Not so much to tell you about the Burnley squad.

It is as you were for Clarets manager Sean Dyche, who names the same XI which started the opening-day win against Southampton.

The only change sees left-back Charlie Taylor come onto the bench after missing some of pre-season through injury.

Summer signing Danny Drinkwater is lacking match fitness and is not ready to play.

Game faces at the ready. Respective skippers Nacho Monreal and Ben Mee stand side-by-side as they lead their men out of the dressing rooms and into the tunnel.

No spicy pre-match antics to describe. Apart from Clarets keeper Nick Pope taking a swig of water.

Unai Emery decided David Luiz and Dani Ceballos were ready after seeing their performances this week.

But he didn't feel Nicolas Pepe was. Maybe because the Ivorian looked a little timid...

"Granit Xhaka has a small injury and Mesut Ozil was sick so he didn't train normally. But I hope he will be perfect next week."

Gunners skipper Nacho Monreal: "We are really happy that David Luiz has joined us, because we had a lot of problems in defence. he has experience and a long career, he will help us a lot."

Arsenal have just provided an update on Mesut Ozil. The German playmaker is not in the Gunners squad today - apparently because he was ill earlier this week.

Ozil missed the opening weekend win at Newcastle because of "further security fears" after being involved in a carjacking incident last month, although boss Unai Emery said yesterday he was "100%" confident his player was mentally ready to play.

Burnley have a pretty torrid time when they come up against Arsenal in the league.

The Clarets have lost nine successive league encounters, which is the longest losing streak in their history against an opponent in the top-flight.

They rock up to Emirates Stadium with just one win in their last 19 away games against Arsenal, which came way back in September 1974.

Arsenal have won all seven encounters at the Emirates Stadium itself by an aggregate score of 21-4.
