And when Aaron Wan-Bissaka made a solid tackle just then, there was a huge cheer.

United may not be the force they were but they are still massively popular in this part of the world.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is proving to be the type of defender Man Utd have perhaps been missing in recent years.

The right-back stops Dalbert in his tracks with an outstretched left leg, to the delight of the fans. The noise is deafening and it's like Man Utd are playing at Old Trafford.

Wolves 0-0 Man City

John Ruddy has been sent to warm-up. Rui Patricio is still laid on his back.

Kevin de Bruyne threads it through to Raheem Sterling - another sublime pass. The winger gets there ahead of Rui Patricio but the keeper does really well to get a hand on it.

He's hurt himself in the process and is being treated in the six-yard box.

It's all City at the moment. Raheem Sterling makes a smart run down the right but Willy Boly uses his strength to shove him off the ball and concede a corner.

The resulting set-piece is fired in at the near post and flicked on by Rodri. There's a scramble in the centre before it's poked at Rui Patricio. The keeper does well to react and make the block.

Dan James has looked sharp so far in the early exchanges, although he just loses possession momentarily before Man Utd win it back.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have settled quickly and they are seeing more of the ball.

It's been a frantic start by Man Utd and both sides are playing with a real intensity.

Every time Man Utd enter the Inter half, they are greeted by a huge roar from the stands.
