That first Watford goal is just ridiculous when seen from behind the goal. Maddening for Arsenal fans.
Only Ben Foster, Craig Dawson and Etienne Capoue failed to have a shot for Watford today.
Five players had an effort on target.

Watford
Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores to BBC MOTD: "Have I missed the Premier League? Yeah. I miss all these kind of emotions. I love it.
"I was really happy with the performance of the players. We have one point against a very tough team. It's good for our confidence. We are positive."
Pretty remarkable quotes from the Arsenal skipper.
Scared?
Crikey...

Arsenal's Granit Xhaka, speaking to Sky Sports: "What went wrong? That's a good question. At half-time we went to the dressing room and everything was good.
"Everyone was happy but we came out and played such a bad second half. You have to say we are happy to take a point.
"We were scared in the second half. We knew they would come at us and push us hard but we have to show more character and not be scared.
"We have spoken about it. We cannot give a performance like this in the second half."
On Arsenal's goal-kicks: "Of course mistakes do happen but it is not an excuse. Next time we have to do better. It was not only this situation we lost the game. We lost the game all second half."

Spare a thought for Callum Chambers. Plays first game of the season and helps keep a clean sheet, then gets dropped and Arsenal concede 8 goals in 4 games with the man who replaced him giving away 2 penalties in that time.

Arsenal
Arsenal boss Unai Emery: "Physically they are more stronger than us so we want to break the lines from the goal kick and connect to Mesut Ozil, like we did with the first goal.
"We have young players, we are working to improve and they will gain experience from matches like today. We can grow up and learn with these mistakes.
"We knew that 2-0 was not enough at half time. "

Arsenal
Arsenal captain Granit Xhaka to BBC Sport: "We are very disappointed, we had a good first half and then we came out and played so bad in the second half. We paid for that.
"We knew they had nothing to lose and they would come for us but we didn't show our game, we were too scared, nobody wanted the ball.
"Every team in the Premier League is strong enough to score so you have to stay calm, be mentally strong and we weren't today."

Watford
Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores, speaking to Sky Sports: "Arsenal are a very good team so to get one point against them is really good.
"We played well in the first 20- 25 minutes. I said to the players at half-time to try and win the second half and see if we can make a difference.
"I think the reaction of the players was the most important thing. It's easy to be down when you are losing 2-0 to a team as good as Arsenal. But we never gave up and we tried to keep the energy. In the second half we played really well."
Watford 2-2 Arsenal
Arsenal
Arsenal manager Unai Emery to BBC Sport: "They pushed us, Watford last year played like today. We were up in the first half and we knew that we needed to score the third. They had the capacity to come back with the supporters and that's what happened.
"We couldn't break their pressing in the second half. They are physical, a very strong team. They pushed for our mistakes, they were playing for our mistakes.
"When you are trying to break their lines you can have chances. They won the second half and my summary is it is not a good point.
"We need to continue working. When we tried to play the long ball we lost the ball as well."
That was also only the second time in 25 top flight encounters that these two have drawn a game, after 1-1 at Highbury on 22 December 1984.
Watford 2-2 Arsenal
Since the start of last season, no side has conceded more goals via penalties in the Premier League than Arsenal (10 - level with Brighton), with the Gunners already conceding three this season alone.

Cris Kai: Mr Unai, when are you going to stop hurting us with your careless substitutions?
Antony Short: What a wonderful advert for the premier league, magnificent game of football

Watford
Watford midfielder Tom Cleverley, speaking to Sky Sports: "I would have snatched your hand off for 2-2 at half-time but we should have won it in the end.
"Arsenal were a bit tentative and we could smell that a bit. I feel we have had a few penalties go against us so it's time we got one that went our way. We can definitely build on this and go forward."
Watford 2-2 Arsenal
Bernd Leno made eight saves, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang only had one shot in the second half, and that was blocked.
It was a funny old game...

Granit by name and nature?
I just have no words to describe how poor Granit Xhaka is. He must be like Maradona in training because on game day the lad plays like he's got bricks in his pockets.

Watford 2-2 Arsenal
Watford had 23 shots in the second half alone. Quite ridiculous really.
Arsenal faced 31 shots, the most they have ever faced in a Premier League fixture since Opta began collecting such data in the division in 2003-04.
