    Bulgaria 0-4 England

England have handled themselves really well on the pitch.

Getting a few more goals and hammering the opposition will silence a few people.

Another swift England move finds Ben Chilwell on the overlap, but the Leicester full-back cannot find Marcus Rashford with his cross.

The entire FA delegation are still alongside the chairman Greg Clarke at the side of the pitch and have not taken their usual seats. Whether or not that is a stand we don't know.

There's an eerie silence inside the stadium. There are some Bulgarian flags hanging on the far side but it's not a night for them to be proud. They should be ashamed.

Harry Kane reads the long kick from Jordan Pickford and flicks it on. That was a really good move.

In fact, Aleksandar Mitrovic has just scored his second goal in four minutes to put Serbia 2-0 up against Lithuania.

    Ahhh, should be five.

All front three involved again as Harry Kane plays in Marcus Rashford in on goal but the shot is smothered by goalkeeper Plamen Iliev.

Raheem Sterling following up from eight yards out scuffs it wide.

I don't know if we will see this game finished but England are cruising so far. They have been very, very professional.

Bulgaria come forward and Bozhidar Kraev sees the space open but a left-footed shot is shanked wide.

Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic has given Serbia the lead away in Lithuania.

With Ukraine still beating Portugal 2-0, three points for Serbia will leave them a point behind Portugal in second spot in Group B going into the final group games in November.

It's about time that Uefa make a stance - a firm stance - and take immediate and appropriate action.

A member of the Bulgarian FA said to me yesterday they were ashamed at what happened in 2013. They should be ashamed now - let's make no mistakes about that.

    Bulgaria 0-4 England

Harry Kane's low shot is kept out by Plamen Iliev.

Up til that point, England had scored with all four of their shots on target.

It's been a sad and depressing night in Sofia off the field.

Will we get to hear the final whistle?

The message that I got from what Gareth Southgate said was, this is going to be done properly by the book from the FA and the Uefa delegates so there was no comeback on them.

There is an eerie atmosphere inside The Vasil Levski Stadium. Large sections are deserted but sadly we have a toxic situation on our hands.

Bulgaria captain Ivelin Popov has actually just gone into the stands to speak to supporters while his team-mates disappeared into the dressing room.

England are running away with the game and Bulgaria's players almost seem to have lost interest. Now it is almost a case of actually seeing if the game will be completed.

The atmosphere here is a toxic one. In the next instance in the second half I think the referee will stop the game.

The substitutes are now just coming out onto the pitch for England. That would indicate we have not got a halting of the action.

We should be talking about that brilliant England performance in the first half but we are not.

    I'm sorry.

That section is where I thought I saw that man making that gesture. I am baffled by the reaction from the Bulgarian supporters here. When it looked like the England players we going to come off they were booing. It's not the England players who are the problem.

We have seen them [the Bulgaria fans] doing not only Nazi salutes but doing monkey chants and gesturing.

Greg Clarke is down there as well. It seemed like the second step was about to be taken and players were taken off. The third step would be temporarily and then permanently.

I think I heard some monkey chants coming from the section to the right when Raheem Sterling was fouled.

Now Ivelin Popov has come across to the left of the tunnel to speak to some Bulgaria supporters.
