Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Stephen Craigan
Former NI defender on BBC Radio Ulster
There was more of a freshness in the second half, especially when the younger lads came on. They came on and enjoyed it. And there's no doubt about it - Shayne Lavery showed what he can bring to the table. He'll need to go back to full-time football in England if he's to have an international career.
No disrespect to Linfield but he needs to go back to full-time training and up his levels. He's got pace, he's direct and he gets fans off their seats. It was a good night for him.
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Northern Ireland have won five games in a row now. Germany on Monday.
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
A good point for the hosts?
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
It's half a chance too, floated in and Shane Duffy challenges goalkeeper Yann Sommer for it!
The ball spins out of his grasp and wide, although a free-kick is given.
Fabian Schar didn't like the challenge and he and Duffy confront each other - they are both booked.
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
Free-kick to the Republic. Decent position.
Load the box up!
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
It's pretty open, even at the death. Both sides have decent counter-attacks but they come to nothing...
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
FIVE minutes added on in a nervy Dublin.
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Tom Flanagan with a poor challenge, through the back of Gerson Rodrigues and he goes into the book. Rodrigues is hurt as well.
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Three minutes added on in Belfast.
Republic of Ireland 1-1 Switzerland
That goal could be huge in the context of this group. Little under five minutes remain.
David McGoldrick (85 mins)
It's his first goal for his country, and that's a massive one for David McGoldrick!
Straight after that Glenn Whelan hit, James McClean puts over a fine cross from the left, Scott Hogan and McGoldrick both attack it and the (current) Sheffield United man is able to guide his header into the top corner.
Lift off in Dublin!
Republic of Ireland 0-1 Switzerland
Strike!
Pick that one out! Glenn Whelan has rocketed a shot against the bar from all of 25 yards. Good grief he got hold of that!
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Mark Sterling
BBC Sport NI at Windsor Park
So Shayne Lavery has arrived.
A couple of trademark barnstorming runs from the Linfield striker have given the Windsor Park crowd a lift and we have something a bit more like an atmosphere inside the south Belfast stadium.
He is definitely making the most of his second senior international cap.
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Shayne Lavery has been a real livewire since coming on and he bursts past the last man on the counter, Laurent Jans brings him down and is maybe a touch lucky to only see yellow.
Republic of Ireland 0-1 Switzerland
There's been little in the way of a response from the hosts to that Swiss goal. A big win is on the cards for the visitors.
Scott Hogan is on.
Northern Ireland 1-0 Luxembourg
Luxembourg have still had more than 60% of the ball tonight. They deserve an equaliser.
Republic of Ireland 0-1 Switzerland
The Republic will stay top of the group even if they lose this - but that goal means that the Swiss are only three points behind with two games in hand.
Not ideal.
Fabian Schar (74 mins)
It had been coming, and it's a brilliant goal as well! Fabian Schar steps out from the back, plays a one-two, moves up the pitch silkily, gets on the end of a second one-two and then steers low into the corner from about 15 yards out.
Get him up front Steve Bruce!
