    I am getting a little bit frustrated because we get the ball and, in particular Nikita Parris, doesn't seem to want to drive forward with it. Utilise the pace, drive the team forward with the ball.

    England's struggles with set pieces have been ongoing from the last year. If something isn't working you have to change it. Are we competing for the first contact? You have to be prepared to get hurt in those situations and take one for the team.

    At what point do we address the point we keep conceding from set pieces? The problem is when you have that many people in the zone, who is picking up who? It was a great header but we have to do better there.

    Really slack from Toni Duggan, who cuts in from the left wing and slams a crossfield pass into traffic. Was always going to be cut out. It brings a wave of Norway pressure which ends with Carly Telford having to tip a shot from Amalie Eikeland around the post!
