    Huddersfield have been the masters of their own downfall here.

    The Terriers took an early lead through Karlan Grant's penalty after Elliott Bennett took Adam Diakhaby in the area.

    However, a dreadful mistake from Town defender Tommy Elphick allowed Lewis Holtby to tap home a leveller before a beautiful low strike from Bradley Dack put the hosts in front.
