Imran: Get a new improved contract for Toby Alderweireld to sign ASAP!!!

Howepundit: Like Jose or not and even with their good record against Bournemouth Spurs look a team rejuvenated under him

Shashank Natesh: Sissoko has scored. Mourinho really is the special one.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Burnley 0-1 Crystal Palace

It's still as tight as anything at Turf Moor. Andros Townsend hasn't been able to add much spark to Crystal Palace and he's replaced by Jeffrey Schlupp.

His first involvement will be a corner for his side.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:27 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Liverpool 2-0 Brighton

Liverpool's Mo Salah is hooked off - resting him for the Merseyside derby next week, I'm sure. On comes Adam Lallana.

Brighton also make changes. Martin Montoya is replaced by Steven Alzate and Leandro Trossard replaces Yves Bissouma.

No! The person controlling the remote control has paused, pressed rewind and repeated that a few times. Conclusion? No goal.

Or has he? There is a suspicion that Michail Antonio has handled the ball when the cross comes in from the right, allowing him to control it and bundle in.

    Moussa Sissoko

Spurs have got their mo-Jo back. Or should that be Mou-jo? Either way...

That *should" clinch the three points for Mourinho's men. Son Heung-min clips over a cross from the left and Moussa Sissoko is the right man in the right place to head in.

Spurs set to go three in three under Jose and go fifth in the table.

Chelsea's home form has been very poor, Frank still hasn't managed to get that sorted!

    Ben, London

Not wanting to criticise Frank because that's not allowed but why Giroud playing today? Not been anywhere near squad since August.

    Liverpool 2-0 Brighton

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has acres of space. He drives through it and slips it right to Trent Alexander-Arnold. His shot is deflected out for a corner.

Moments later, Oxlade-Chamberlain volley-passes it into the box to Virgil van Dijk. He is about to strike before it's robbed off him at the death!

    Sadio Mane's shot is scuffed...

Liverpool edging closer and closer to a third. Brighton are going to make some change and Adam Lallana is being readied.

Blimey, Spurs are fifth in the as-it-stands table.

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Liverpool 2-0 Brighton

Andy Robertson robs the ball off Martin Montoya and cuts it back in the middle. It just evades Mo Salah but reaches Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, whose shot is deflected inches wide by Lewis Dunk.

    Very, very dangerous...

    Chelsea 0-1 West Ham

Lampard and Morris's pow-wow has concluded that a double change is what Chelsea need.

N'Golo Kante and Willian are the pair summoned to try and change their fortunes, with Pedro and Jorginho scarpering off as a result.

  14. CLOSE!published at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Liverpool 2-0 Brighton

Brilliant from Aaron Connolly who takes the ball in with one smooth touch, swivels around Dejan Lovren and flashes a dangerous strike at Alisson.

The Liverpool keeper reacts well to gobble it in.

    Chelsea 0-1 West Ham

Never mind Chelsea getting back into the game. West Ham want another!

The away side have a corner and centre-back Fabian Balbuena - useful in these scenarios - trots forward. He meets Robert Snodgrass's delivery with a running jump but plants his header straight at Kepa.

But wait... the danger isn't over. The ball pings around the box before falling to Michail Antonio who is a yard out... but gets his legs in a muddle and can't turn in.

That could have been game over. Perhaps should have been.

Chris Wood just can't put it in the net. This time his header is cleared off the line by James McArthur!

David: With Jose back at Spurs, Chelsea’s inability to keep clean sheet or kill games off will cost them a top four finish this season.

Nadeem: Those ridiculous crosses from defence to attack by Alderweireld! Pogbaresque.. But its Delle Allie who will grab all headline

    Liverpool 2-0 Brighton

Liverpool work the ball out nicely from the back and it sets Georginio Wijnaldum off on his way. He's sprinting towards the box with Andy Robertson overlapping to his left.

The Dutchman feeds Robertson in but the full-back is stretching to get there and his first-time cut-back is easily intercepted.

Never mind the title, if Liverpool win today they have avoided relegation after just 14 games having reached the ‘magic 40 mark’!

    Stuart Cavanagh

Liverpool on forty points if win today. Safe from relegation for another season then!

  20. What a miss!published at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Burnley 0-1 Crystal Palace

Ohhhhh, no, no, no. This is a shocker from Chris Wood.

The Burnley striker is giving a golden opportunity after a sloppy header back from Cheikhou Kouyate.

He is about seven or eight yards out, under no pressure and only the keeper to beat but he completely honks it over the bar.

    Ouch.
