    Burnley 0-1 Manchester City

There was concern over Kevin de Bruyne as he stayed in a heap after that challenge but he's OK now.

  2. goal

GOAL - Burnley 0-1 Manchester Citypublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Gabriel Jesus (24 mins)

    Beauty!

What a finish from the Brazilian number nine. Kevin de Bruyne goes down injured in the centre circle but play is waved on, Gabriel Jesus gets it on the left of the area, touches inside and then whips a curler across Nick Pope and in.

That started a mile wide of the far post and arced beautifully into the net. Superb goal.

  3. 'Great defending'published at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Bournemouth

    Charlie Adam
Reading midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

It's a great pass from Jefferson Lerma to Harry Wilson, who is holding his position on the left hand side.

Martin Kelly has done brilliantly to nick that off Callum Wilson's foot. Great defending.

  4. Postpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

Raheem Sterling beats Chris Wood at left-back for Burnley but his cross is charged down. Burnley had all 11 men within touching distance of their own goal there.

  5. CLOSE!published at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Bournemouth

What a ball in! Harry Wilson teases one across goal with his right foot, Dom Solanke is inches away from meeting it and Callum Wilson would have a tap-in but it's put behind for a corner just in time.

    Wonderful cross!

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on Radio 5 Live

I think the Burnley fans are starting to see what Danny Drinkwater can bring to the side. He's a Premier League winner and he will improve this Burnley team if he can find his form.

We've had three shots on target so far across our two games. Come on now.

  8. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Bournemouth

Eddie Howe is out on the touchline at Selhurst park, positively crimson from the cold. Palace are sending on James McCarthy for Andros Townsend for the commentator's nightmare of the McCarthy/McArhtur midfield.

    Back up and running.

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

Still no goal for Jeff Bezos and co to toast, Kevin de Bruyne is in a dangerous area but Jack Cork does well to close him down and win the ball back for the hosts.

  12. Postpublished at 20:29 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

More importantly, is Kevin de Bruyne doing any more Home Alone gifs this year?

Burnley have won only one of their last 22 matches against Manchester City in all competitions, a 1-0 Premier League victory at Turf Moor on 14 March 2015.

  13. Postpublished at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on Radio 5 Live

We said before the game there is space in behind so you can hurt this Manchester City team. City have been dropping off and letting Chris Wood win all the headers.

  14. Postpublished at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

Good atmosphere building inside Turf Moor now as Kevin de Bruyne runs from halfway, shifts the ball on to his left foot and then hits a tame shot at Nick Pope. He's livid with himself. Can't hit a netbuster every game Kev.

  15. Postpublished at 20:24 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

Burnley knock a ball over the top and Nicolas Otamendi is struggling, he's gone off the Ivanovic cliff hasn't he? Chris Wood manhandles him and looks to get away but a covering City player makes a key intervention.

  16. 'Clever thinknig'published at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on Radio 5 Live

Well worked corner from City. They know if they put it in the box Burnley will challenge and win headers so that was clever thinking.

  17. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:21 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester City

That would have been some goal!

City try the Scholes-Bradford corner as Kevin de Bruyne floats the ball out to Angelino on the edge of the D, he slightly miscues his volley, it's heading wide and Gabriel Jesus turns it in with a clever backheel.

Jesus was offside though, and there's no real complaints.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Bournemouth

    Charlie Adam
Reading midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

It has been a poor first half but Palace will be extremely happy with how they have done since they went down to 10 men.

  19. Postpublished at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2019

Palace have scored just four first half goals across their last 15 Premier League games at Selhurst Park, with three of those coming against Bournemouth back in May.

I agree that this Amazon coverage is great - just wish they had the option to 'mute' that Crystal Palace drummer!
