Ideozu-Frank Sampson: Spurs are in the mood here. All they have to do is to keep a clean sheet under Mourinho. That said, I think they're coasting home victoriously!

Lillie O'Neill: But I thought Kane only scored penalties and tap ins?

  2. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 2-0 Burnley

For all the defending they've done, Burnley should really be back in this game.

Dwight McNeil's cross is headed back across goal and against the bar by Robbie Brady before Davinson Sanchez stands tall to block Chris Wood's follow-up header.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

Bournemouth coming into this more and more now as Ryan Fraser slips the ball down the left for Dominic Solanke. The former Liverpool forward cuts inside and gets a shot off but it is deflected behind for a corner.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 2-0 Burnley

How many do Spurs want? Should be three at least by now.

They sweep forward, tearing through Burnley, with Son setting up Moussa Sissoko with just Pope to beat. He does, but strikes the post.

A minute later, Dele Alli is clean through and has Son for company but just before he can either shoot or pass to the South Korean, James Tarkowski slides in to put him off. The ball dribbles out for a goal-kick.

Burnley, again, all over the shop.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

A moment for Bournemouth as Naby Keita is dispossessed by Jefferson Lerma, who races into the box before passing to Callum Wilson. The forward twists and turns but eventually runs the ball out of play.

  6. Postpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool may be dominating possession but they are yet to produce the fast-flowing attacking football they are capable of.

This game is not a great watch at the moment.

    Watford 0-0 Crystal Palace

Sarr has some serious wheels on him. He blazes away down the right and his cross is a decent one but diverted away from the box and onrushing team-mates by a Palace head.

Spurs are looking frightening at the moment. Burnley are on the back foot all the time.

Oh, close. Sarr's effort is deflected wide for a corner. Gerard Deulofeu delivers but over everyone and out for a throw. Waste of some pressure.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

Bournemouth gain possession in the middle but Philip Billing immediately wastes it with an attempt at a cross field ball that ends up closer to Alisson.

The hosts are looking to avoid a fifth consecutive defeat and are playing very cautiously.

    Lucas Moura

    This could get ugly.

Son charges forward and sees a shot saved but the ball isn't cleared and looped back in for Dele Alli to get a head to it on the goalline and Lucas Moura finish into an unguarded net.

    Burnley all over the shop.

  12. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Watford 0-0 Crystal Palace

Watford haven't scored in the league from open play since mid-September, against Arsenal.

They've not properly threatened to break that run in these opening stages.

In fact, as I type, Palace have the first chance with James McArthur slicing a volley wide.

  13. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

Clever effort by Mohamed Salah. The forward is picked out inside the area by Joe Gomez, Salah is in so much space and is given the time to pick his shot but the effort lacks power and Aaron Ramsdale plucks the ball out of the air.

  14. Postpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 1-0 Burnley

Spurs are going for an early kill. Serge Aurier's cross is headed out before Kane's effort is diverted wide.

Joe Gomez curls the ball into the box as Liverpool to continue to dominate the early stages. Chris Mepham heads away but the visitors pick the ball up and start their attack again.

    Harry Kane

    What a hit!

Harry Kane collects the ball from Son Heung-min and unleashes an absolute rip-snorter, that rifles over Nick Pope and into the roof of the net.

No saving those. What a start for Spurs.

    Harry Kewell
Ex Liverpool and Leeds winger on BBC Final Score

I like the Crystal Palace team but I would like to see more from Wilfried Zaha. I see too many games where he doesn't get the ball and he sits out on the left.

When he gets the ball he is a pleasure to watch and he can destroy teams.

  18. Postpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool, as you'd expect, press high up the pitch in the first few minutes, putting Bournemouth under immediate pressure.

  19. Postpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Tottenham quickly out of the blocks. Son's low driven cross fails to find it's target, though.

  20. Postpublished at 15:01 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Watford 0-0 Crystal Palace

Watford are absolutely desperate for a win and they start well, with Ismaila Sarr almost bullying his way to a shot on goal before James McArthur charges in to clear.
