  1. CLOSE!published at 51 mins

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Roberto Firmino deftly flicks on a ball from Andy Robertson but it's slightly behind Mohamed Salah, who tries to gather it in with the back of his leg.

It does come through to Naby Keita though, who hits it first time but right at Aaron Ramsdale, who makes sure it doesn't rebound back out to Salah.

Mohamed Salah spun off his marker Diego Rico brilliantly in the build-up to that Trent Alexander-Arnold chance.

It could be a very, very long 45 minutes for Bournemouth's young centre-back pairing of Chris Mepham and Jack Simpson - with plenty of work in front of them for Jefferson Lerma, who's already put in a big shift in his defensive midfield enforcer role.

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Ryan Fraser and Dominic Solanke combine down the left as Bournemouth pile players into the Liverpool box.

Fraser tries to tee up Callum Wilson with a lifted ball but it's comfortable for Alisson, who just gathers it in.

Nathan Ake’s injury was quite clearly the tipping point in the first-half. Eddie Howe had a look of utter disbelief on his face when the Dutchmen went down in pain.

Bournemouth already without eight first-team players today, including another regular centre-half Steve Cook. Not what you need when you’re facing the runaway league leaders.

  5. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Callum Wilson tries to beat the offside trap set by Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk but isn't successful.

Liverpool immediately race into the Bournemouth box but Roberto Firmino's pass doesn't quite fall for Trent Alexander-Arnold.

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Is there any way back for Bournemouth? Or will Liverpool add some more goals?

  7. 'Salah is so strong'published at 15:56 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

I was looking at that and I was about to have a go at Mohamed Salah for trying too many back heels.

The one thing that amazes me with Salah is how strong he is. He gets people running off him, which you just can't stop.

But all good in the Liverpool camp. 11 points clear at the top and 2-0 up away from home and seemingly in full control.

Surely this game is in the bag for them now?

    HT: Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

It's not been great news for Bournemouth fans so far. Nathan Ake's injury seemed to set off Liverpool's goals and now Eddie Howe is probably going to be missing a key player for the trip to Chelsea next week.

Ake looked devastated when he trudged off and Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk,a Netherlands team-mate, went over to comfort him.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Cruise control for Liverpool, who have an 11-point lead at the top of the table again as it stands.

  11. CLOSE!published at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Trent Alexander-Arnold's cross is hooked out for a corner by Jack Simpson. The full-back takes it and it comes all the way through to Mohamed Salah at the back post.

He's not expecting it, sees it late and the bounce catches him out. He ends up plonking it over and wide from about two yards out!

This could get messy for Bournemouth...

  12. Postpublished at 45+2 mins

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

Roberto Firmino wants a goal. He drives through the middle and reaches the edge of the box but ends up skewing his shot wide.

Again, he's given far too much time and space.

While the teams were waiting for Aaron Ramsdale to take a goal-kick at 1-0, Eddie Howe summoned his captain Simon Francis and passed him a note. Francis read it and stuck it down one of his socks.

Having now lost three of their first-choice back four to injury in three successive games - Steve Cook, Adam Smith and now Nathan Ake - it already looks an enormous task for the Cherries to get anything from this game. And next week? It's Chelsea away.

  14. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpoolpublished at 44 mins

    Naby Keita

    You can't defend this.

Mohamed Salah holds it up on the edge of the box with three players around him, waits for the runners and backheels it into Naby Keita.

It's put on a plate and all Keita has to do is poke it into the net. Unreal assist! I could watch that on repeat.

  15. CLOSE!published at 42 mins

    Bournemouth 0-1 Liverpool

Trent Alexander-Arnold makes an immediate impact, swinging an early ball into Roberto Firmino, who is completely unmarked in the box.

His shot takes a deflection off Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Chris Mepham - the Bournemouth defender last - but a goal kick is given as it flies wide.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 40 mins

    Bournemouth 0-1 Liverpool

Trent Alexander-Arnold comes on for Dejan Lovren, who is grimacing as he walks off. Another injury?

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 39 mins

    Bournemouth 0-1 Liverpool

Joe Gomez loses the ball to Dominic Solanke and is desperately trying to get back to make up for it. He ends up bringing Solanke down on the break and goes straight into the book.

    Bournemouth 0-1 Liverpool

    Harry Kewell

This is how Liverpool are scoring goals at the moment. How do you stop a pinpoint cross, or pinpoint ball?

Nathan Ake is one of Bournemouth's best defenders and it has just given Liverpool that little sniff and they have taken full advantage.
