    Man City 0-0 Everton

Man City have failed to score a first half goal in six of their last eight home Premier League games.

Having scored five in the first half against Watford in September, Man City have since managed just four first half goals in eight home league matches.

    West Ham 3-0 Bournemouth

Only Alan Shearer (56), Frank Lampard (43) and Steven Gerrard (32) have scored more Premier League penalties than Mark Noble, who is level with Sergio Aguero on 26.

    Man City 0-0 Everton

Phil Foden thought he has scored, the VAR had other ideas.

    Goalless.

  5. CLOSE!published at 18:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    Ooooh, almost the opener.

Defender Yerry Mina leaps to meet the corner unchallenged but thumps his header over.

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 18:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Norwich 1-0 Crystal Palace

    Half-time at Carrow Road.

  7. Postpublished at 18:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

Everton gain a corner in the last minute of the half. Can they nick one?

  8. Two minutes?published at 18:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

The City fans around me are distinctly unimpressed by the announcement there will only be two minutes of added time after those lengthy VAR delays earlier.

  9. Postpublished at 18:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Norwich 1-0 Crystal Palace

So close to a Norwich second as Max Aarons controls the ball in the box and flashes a shot across goal which goes just wide of the far post.

  10. Postpublished at 18:15 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    West Ham 3-0 Bournemouth

Bournemouth have their first shot of the decade as Diego Rico's sweet first-time hit from the corner of the box is palmed away by Lukasz Fabianski.

That's the first save of the game by either keeper.

Goodbye Premier League. It was fun while it lasted.

    Steve, Bournemouth

OK who is this team and what have they done with West Ham?? This is recognisable!

  12. CLOSE!published at 18:14 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    Another Riyad Mahrez miss.

The Algerian is picked out in the box via Benjamin Mendy's deep cross, but Mahrez cannot sort his feet out and scoops an effort which Jordan Pickford can pounce on.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 18:12 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Norwich 1-0 Crystal Palace

Norwich defender Christoph Zimmermann gets himself into a right mess as he tries to deal with a long ball and gets booked for wrestling Jordan Ayew to the ground. Ayew could have been in otherwise, it was a foul which was needed.

  14. CLOSE!published at 18:12 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    Got to do better.

City make a rare foray in behind the Everton backline.

Gabriel Jesus rolls the ball back for Riyad Mahrez but the Algerian drags his shot wide of the far post.

  15. Postpublished at 18:11 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    West Ham 3-0 Bournemouth

Bournemouth are in the relegation zone right now. Only four points behind Arsenal though...

  16. Postpublished at 18:11 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    So Ancelotti masterclass so far.

  17. Toffees keeping City quietpublished at 18:11 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Man City 0-0 Everton

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

Seamus Coleman's early shot remains the only touch Everton have had in the City area in the first 40 minutes and his side's only effort at goal, but the Toffees have done a pretty good job of keeping the home side quiet at the other end too.

Carlo Ancelotti has packed the middle of the pitch and there is no way through the middle for City - Benjamin Mendy and his rampaging runs forward down the left remain their best attacking outlet as we approach the break.

  18. Postpublished at 18:09 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    West Ham 3-0 Bournemouth

The last time West Ham scored three goals in a game was on 24 August against Watford in a 3-1 win.

  19. Postpublished at 18:08 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2020

    Frustrations growing for City.

Benjamin Mendy finds Gabriel Jesus on the run but the Brazil international slices wide.
