Fernandinho with a Fernandinho foul on halfway, tripping Billy Sharp as he threatens to start a counter. Why do people get in such a twist about those sort of fouls? Part of the game.

Sharp then gets some space on the right, puts in a good low ball but it's well cut out before City counter and win a corner. Goos lively game.

"Then it would be a big ask for the Cherries who've won just 1 in 12 to get too many more wins. We must take our chances in the final 3rd."

Sheffield United have been absolutely fantastic this season They've shown is the quality is good in the Championship and you can surprise the big boys. They might do it again tonight if they go about it the way they can. If everyone in red and white plays to their top ability, they'll give City a game tonight.

    Robert Huth
Former Leicester defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

A few of the Watford players have come out this week to say what a great manager Nigel Pearson is.

Watford's previous bosses were coaches and he is a manager, which is what they needed.

Troy Deeney coming back obviously makes a big difference for them but they are not a bad team and were almost in a false position, whether that be through bad coaching, bad luck or injuries.

Now, I personally think they will be fine, finishing nice and safe.

One of those nights where the mascots, all 10 of them, need a good warm-up on the touchlines. Just watch out for the water sprinklers, kids!

Sometimes a tight press box, as it is at Everton, has its pluses. Packed in like penguins.

Aaron: Manchester City are simply, at this point, trying to play spoiler to Liverpool's title records, not Liverpool's title bid. Laporte's return to shore up a leaky defence is too little, too late, you have to feel. The damage has been done.

Adam Oldroyd: Guardiola drops Aguero after scoring 5 goals in 2 games. Overprotective or canny management?
