Following the scores via BBC and text updates as I sit with my 11 hour old daughter. Feeling confident that her time as an Everton fan might see more success than mine has so far.

    Will, a proud new dad

    Aston Villa 1-1 Watford

Watford's new signing Ignacio Pussetto is coming on. He came on in the last minute against Spurs on Saturday.

Not much reaction since that equaliser from Villa. Will there be a winner?

  5. Postpublished at 21:02 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Sheffield United 0-1 Manchester City

That goal was met by a ripple of applause from the home fans who know how close they came to taking the lead themselves. It's now Blue Moon and the Invisible Man chorusing out from the away end. Seven goals in four games for Sergio Aguero.

    Alistair Magowan
    BBC Sport at Goodison Park

A standing ovation for Moise Kean as he leaves the field. A performance of the season from the teenager, who definitely took Carlo Ancelotti's hint on Monday that he needs to "improve quickly".

A display which promises much for the future.

  7. 'Sergio Aguero is incredible'published at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Sheffield United 0-1 Manchester City

    Dion Dublin
Former Man Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

The movement from Sergio Aguero is incredible. It's one of the first moments in the game when Kevin de Bruyne has that corridor of uncertainty to put a ball into. It's a great ball. What an incredible player Sergio Aguero is, he's only been on the pitch three or four minutes.

  8. Postpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Everton 2-0 Newcastle

Bernard drills it low from the edge of the box and it's a decent save from Martin Dubravka.

  9. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 3-0 Brightonpublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Callum Wilson

HE'S SCORED. Callum Wilson has scored people!!

That's his first goal in the Premier League since 28th September. He's slipped in and he rounds the keeper before slotting it into an empty net.

A very cool finish. That's surely going to kill that Brighton pressure too? Game to bed.

  10. goal

GOAL - Sheffield United 0-1 Manchester Citypublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Sergio Aguero (73 mins)

    Great ball, great goal.

Raheem Sterling finds Kevin de Bruyne on the right, his ball in is beautiful, between two defenders to find sub Sergio Aguero inside the six-yard box for a tap=in.

It looks easy but it's so well constructed. Relief for Pep.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Sheffield United 0-0 Manchester City

Well they've been largely under the cosh but what a move from Sheffield United! Lovely one-touch stuff, Oli McBurnie and Lys Mousset play a neat one-two, it goes out to Enda Stevens on the left and he feeds a lovely ball across. McBurnie is on the stretch and he can only get a toe on it. Inches away!

Aaron Moy has a decent effort tipped over the bar by, guess who? Yep, Aaron Ramsdale.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Everton 2-0 Newcastle

Moise Kean is replaced by Seamus Coleman. He's done his job for the night.

  14. The Blue mistpublished at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

Arsenal have had more Premier League red cards against Chelsea than they have vs any other side (8).

I think Rob Holding has sat down because Arsenal are doing really well. It doesn't look like they are a man down. Hold fire Holding. Chelsea haven't touched the ball in the last five or 10 minutes.

  17. goal

GOAL - Aston Villa 1-1 Watfordpublished at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Douglas Luiz

BIG BIG goal from the substitute!

Jack Grealish slips it left to Matt Targett who drills it powerfully towards goal. Ben Foster makes the initial save but Douglaz Luiz follows up on the rebound and boots it into the top of the net.

He jumps into the fans to celebrate and gets booked for it but he won't care!

Aviation fan: Mistake after mistake from international players. Red cards. Penalties. VAR. Everything goes against Arsenal, including our own players. This club is cursed!

Yes, Mustafi shouldn't be let near a football pitch but Leno must take some blame there - stay in your box man and use your hands!!

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:55 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Bournemouth 2-0 Brighton

Neal Maupay just can't score past Aaron Ramsdale, who keeps making brilliant saves. This time the Brighton man cuts inside onto his right and curls one from long range.

It's fizzing but Ramsdale dives across to palm it away. He's desperate for a clean sheet!

  20. 'Sheffield United have to close Man City down more'published at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Sheffield United 0-0 Manchester City

    Dion Dublin
Former Man Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Sheffield United are incredibly organised but at this stage of the game you can't afford to let Manchester City have the ball. They are not closing City down anymore. They can't afford to do that, they've done so well, hang in there!
