When the ball goes up to Lacazette he has got to help relieve some pressure by making the ball stick, draw the foul, give your team-mates a breather.

    Aston Villa 0-1 Watford

Tyrone Mings, who was shown a yellow in the first half, handballs it as Gerard Deulofeu looks to tap it past and run around him on the break.

Watford want a second yellow but that would be harsh. He hardly had time to react and his arm wasn't in an abnormal position. Free-kick it is though!

Arsenal are going to have to make a change at half-time, take an attacking player off, potentially Ozil.

    Crystal Palace 0-2 Southampton

It's all Southampton as Shane Long and Nathan Redmond both pass up good chances. Palace have not been at the races tonight.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:51 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2020

    Bournemouth 2-0 Brighton

Aaron Mooy's corner comes all the way through to the back post and Lewis Dunk is there. It bounces up nicely for him and he smashes it but Aaron Ramsdale is there again to make the save.

    Brick wall!

Lys Mousset back-heeled it when he should have just laid it back for John Fleck who could have smashed it home with his left foot. That's a big opportunity missed by United.

They are playing some really good stuff. But at 0-0 there's no team more dangerous at that scoreline in the Premier League than Manchester City.

AbhieSpeaks: Mustafi plays a horrible back pass. Luiz stole his thunder. Arsenal defence is really something.

Andrew Preistley: Mustafi, Leno and Luiz. All three at fault simultaneously. The Arsenal way.

    Sheffield United 0-0 Manchester City

What a move - by Sheffield United this time! Mo Besic with a dream of a backheel, Chris Basham the overlapping centre-back gets into the area and puts a cross into the dangerzone, Lys Mousset goes for a backheel and Ederson saves well.

    Great game.

    Sheffield United 0-0 Manchester City

    Dion Dublin
Former Man Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Manchester City are now turning the screw. It was a great little ball by Rodri, Gabriel Jesus was going backwards and there was no pace on the ball so you either need to generate some or put it in the corner and Jesus did neither.

Matt Targett heads it straight into the arms of Ben Foster at Villa Park, before Moise Kean does the same at Goodison Park.

Plenty of crosses going in tonight and Bournemouth came close with that effort from Philip Billing a few moments ago.

Credit to the referee on the red card. He has made the right decision if it was deemed a deliberate foul and he has obviously had help in his ear to confirm that.

Brighton have made a Barry Fry-style triple substitution, with Leandro Trossard, Solly March and Aaron Connolly coming on.

Meanwhile, there are a few tackles flying in as the Seagulls look to get a foothold in the game, and Bournemouth seek a potentially decisive third. Ryan Fraser has come in for some particular punishment in the last few minutes.

    Aston Villa 0-1 Watford

Watford are pushing for a second.

Frederic Guilbert comes across to make a crucial sliding tackle in the box after a nice one-two from Roberto Pereyra and Abdoulaye Doucoure.
