  1. 'You can't leave Vardy on his own'published at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2019

    Leicester 1-1 Norwich

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Final Score

I hope that they do give it to Jamie Vardy but watching it again and it looks like the ball is going past the far post. For me that is an own goal. But that's not great defending from Norwich, they cannot leave Vardy on his own.

  2. 'The Norwich manager will be kicking himself'published at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2019

    Leicester 1-1 Norwich

    Andy Reid
Ex-Nottingham Forest and Tottenham midfielder on 5 live

It's a good delivery and it's a good header but Norwich will be so disappointed. To be undone by a set piece - the manager will be kicking himself!

On whether or not the goal should be awarded to Jamie Vardy: I don't think it was going in but Krul can't react quickly enough to turn it away.

    Leicester 1-1 Norwich

It looks like Jamie Vardy will not be awarded the credit for Leicester's equaliser!

It's officially been given as a Tim Krul own-goal, after the goalkeeper pushed it into his own net.

Just the eight in a row then for Vardy, as it stands.

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Bournemouth win their first corner of the match with four minutes to go before the break. Diego Rivo drives the ball in and Ryan Fraser prods towards goal but Chelsea clear.

The visitors have done pretty well in this game considering the amount of injuries they have.

    Burnley 0-0 Newcastle

James Tarkowski is going to be a bit bruised after this game.

Having previously come off worse in a challenge with Joelinton, the Newcastle forward receives a booking for his latest tackle on Tarkowski which wasn't a good one at all.

A real physical battle in this first half at Turf Moor.

Lifa Nati: Mount is not anywhere close to Kovacic's form right now yet he starts, why? It looks as though Lampard is trying to find a place for him in that midfield but there isn't.

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Aston Villa

Sheffield United patiently work the ball from one side of the pitch to the other as they try to coax a well-organised Aston Villa defence into exposing a gap. None is forthcoming so instead a ball is pumped into the box but David McGoldrick's flicked header goes out for a throw in.

    Jamie Vardy (38 mins)

It's NINE in a row for Jamie Vardy!

James Maddison gets the assist with a whipped ball into the box, which Vardy diverts into the goal with a header at the near-post.

    Game on!

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Scramble in the Chelsea box as Philip Billing tries to hook the ball over his head following a free-kick but he is flagged offside.

Ten minutes to go until the break.

    Leicester 0-1 Norwich

Controversial one at the King Power Stadium!

Norwich felt they should have been allowed to pass the ball back to goalkeeper Tim Krul unopposed after they kicked the ball out so the physios could come on to give treatment.

Instead, Kelechi Iheanacho races onto it and is fouled on the edge of the Norwich penalty area. The visitors are not happy with him one bit, immediately surrounding Iheanacho before the referee takes charge of the situation.

It wouldn't have been pretty if he'd scored from that.

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Aston Villa

A promising Aston Villa counter attack is stopped in its tracks by Lys Mousset, who tracks back well.

The wait for a shot goes on.

    Burnley 0-0 Newcastle

There's still nothing to split Burnley and Newcastle at Turf Moor, where it's 50-50 in possession and both sides have had three shots.

There's a bit of a lengthy break in play now as Fabian Schar looks in pain following a challenge.

  13. 'Norwich deserve it'published at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2019

    Leicester 0-1 Norwich

    Andy Reid
Ex-Nottingham Forest and Tottenham midfielder on 5 live

What a fantastic goal, really well worked! Buendia got in a fantastic position and slipped a great through ball to Pukki. He looked so confident as he ran through, I never fancied him to miss and you have to say, on the balance of this first 25 minutes, they deserve it. Pukki - well it's what he does, he scores goals.

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Chelsea win another corner - their third of the game - but Willian's ball in is headed well clear by Philip Billing.

This game hasn't really got out of second gear but Chelsea are enjoying much more possession now.

Leicester are getting battered at the King Power Stadium. Norwich are not making the most of their chances, they are playing them off the park.

  16. Zzzzzpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2019

Dan Walker is in the Match of the Day hot seat today and it is fair to say he's not ended up with the best weekend to cover on the showing so far.

Still, plenty of time for the goals to start flowing.

Great to see local lad Carroll captaining Newcastle today. Hopefully today is the day he gets his first goal. It's only a matter of time until he starts firing them in regularly.

Still no shots in Sheffield so instead all I have is a VAR check on an Aston Villa free kick.

Frederic Guilbert goes down after a challenge from John Egan but, after a review, no foul is given.

    Thrilling stuff.

  19. goal

GOAL - Leicester 0-1 Norwichpublished at 15:25 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2019

    Teemu Pukki (26 mins)

    Norwich take the lead!

Emiliano Buendia picks up the ball in midfield and slots a pass straight down the middle of the Leicester defence where Teemu Pukki is waiting to pounce.

He takes one touch before placing the ball neatly past Kasper Schmeichel.

Leicester work a short corner which results in James Maddison whipping in a cross which is met by a powerful header from Wilfred Ndidi. The midfielder can't quite get over the ball and sends his header well over the bar.
