Son Heung-Min is clearly onside, took it with his right foot, one more touch and then bent it into the bottom corner. It's a great finish. Might have taken a little deflection but they all count.

    Son Heung-min

    Two shots, two goals!

Tanguy Ndombele, with one of his first touches, slips the ball into Son Heung-min, who smashes home from 18 yards out. It took a nick off Fernandinho but it's definitely Son's goal.

One shot one goal - how many times does this happen to us?

As a premier league neutral (I support Forest) this is hands down the most entertaining game of football I've watched in a long time. This has EVERYTHING.

This game is mental. City get the first ever VAR decision to go their way against Spurs and miss the penalty. Then should get another and don't. Then Zinchenko gets himself sent off. I'm sure Spurs will now win it.

I would have thought Sterling would have gone off, being on the yellow. He does something silly and City will be down to nine.

This could be the end of Steven Bergwijn's day maybe. He's down in pain. Is it just cramp? Ederson is trying to sort him out.

Enough drama in this one to make up for that early 0-0 draw.

What a goal that was, on your debut as well. He's chested it down and on the volley has smashed it into the bottom corner. As soon as he hit it he's gone off celebrating. All the subs, all the Tottenham bench ran to him. What a goal.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 65 mins

    Spurs 1-0 Man City

Interesting. A couple of minutes ago we wondered if City would have two strikers on with Gabriel Jesus getting ready.

    Now they have none.

Sergio Aguero is replaced by full-back Joao Cancelo. I'm surprised they've done that at 1-0 down.

    Steven Bergwijn

Tottenham Hotspur take the lead with their first shot of the game. And it's debutant Steven Bergwijn.

Lucas Moura picks out the Dutch winger on the edge of the box. Bergwijn takes a touch and blasts the bouncing ball into the back of the net.

    Scenes.

  19. RED CARD TO MAN CITYpublished at 61 mins

    Spurs 0-0 Man City

Manchester City have a corner and seconds later they're down to 10 men.

Harry Winks intercepts Riyad Mahrez's short corner and runs forward only to be brought down by Oleksandr Zinchenko. The left-back is shown a second yellow card and that equals a red card.
