Now then, that one wasn't in the script. As it stands Germany would go out and Hungary would go through.
If France could beat Portugal, then we'd get an England v Hungary last-16 tie.
Portugal 0-0 France
First real chance of the game. Paul Pogba feeds Kylian Mbappe, who has time and space in the box. The France striker opens up his body and tries to curl it into the top corner. Good save by Rui Patricio.
Portugal 0-0 France
Bernardo Silva whips in a cross and Cristiano Ronaldo - for one split second - considers a bicycle kick but it's too high for even him.
Germany 0-1 Hungary
All the noise is from the fans from Hungary. The Germans - players, management and fans - are shellshocked.
Portugal 0-0 France
Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on BBC One
Kounde is a good addition to the side this evening. I think against Hungary Varane and Pavard struggled, they were just a little off it.
Portugal 0-0 France
Renato Sanches tries to pick out Cristiano Ronaldo with a ball over the top but Hugo Lloris catches.
Portugal 0-0 France
The fans are suddenly making a lot of noise in Budapest. And we can see why!!
Adam Szalai (11 mins)
Wait, what?!
Tear that script up. Hungary lead through an absolute belter of a goal. Like hit Germany on the break and work it away down the right before a glorious cross from Roland Sallai is swung in to the middle for Adam Szalai to dive in an head home.
His 24th international goal is a biggie.
As it stands, Germany are bottom of the table and Hungary are going through. Wow.
Portugal 0-0 France
Paul Pogba tries to pick out Kylian Mbappe with a quick through ball down the centre but Rui Patricio scoops up.
Portugal 0-0 France
Antoine Griezmann is the joint third top scorer in European Championship history. Cristiano Ronaldo is top - 12 v 7.
Portugal 0-0 France
Brilliant tackle by Antoine Griezmann on Diogo Jota. Flies out of nowhere to slide in and win the ball. Sweet.
Germany 0-0 Hungary
I'm going to say something now that will no doubt split the camp. I don't mind this German team at all. Maybe it's the fact they've been poor by their own high standards in recent years. Makes them more fallible, more human. In the 1990s, to my young, vulnerable England supporting mind they were like heartless, dream-destroying machines.
Here's how it stands in Group F at the moment - how different will this look at the end of the night?
These are the last 16 ties if these games end like this...
France v Switzerland or Ukraine
Germany v England
Portugal v Belgium
Portugal 0-0 France
Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on BBC One
The French have got a slightly different look about them today. Tolisso is playing in a slightly different role to Rabiot.
They usually play more of a three but Tolisso has started on the right hand side.
Germany 0-0 Hungary
Mats Hummels with a key touch at the back. Roland Sallai is almost on it. He would be had the German defenders flick not taken it away from him and back to Manuel Neuer.
Portugal 0-0 France
Kylian Mbappe has Nelson Semedo on toast with a stepover but Pepe closes him down. Corner to France.
Germany 0-0 Hungary
Joshua Kimmich and Robin Gosens have been the real stars for this German side so far.
They have defending to do now, though, as Hungary win a corner, which they take short and... waste.
Germany 0-0 Hungary
Oh, Joshua Kimmich!
The wing-back pulls out a touch from heaven to pull a ball to the back post down before drawing a fine save from Peter Gulacsi.
Kimmich has not scored an international goal since 2017. He was mighty close there.
Simple, right...?
