How are we all feeling this morning? Pumped for the match?

My pre-match routine was always the same, with usually a bit of music involved but lots of people go in for different things to try and get themselves ready.

And as occasions go the final of the European Championship, at a packed Wembley, is right up there.

Gareth Southgate once told me he'd used the film 'Any Given Sunday' (how apt) to motivate a set of players before a big match.

But what film would you show England squad to inspire them for final?

Those Italy fans were doing quite a job blocking the Piazza Venezia after their semi-final win over Spain.

It's an iconic spot and I managed to grab some food just off there on my last trip to Rome but it's usually bustling with traffic at all times of the day.

Can imagine there'll be similar scenes tonight in either Rome or London.
