Connor Jennings aims to be the hero as he runs at the Watford defence and he tries his luck with a 25-yard, outside-of-the-right-foot attempt, but he gets it all wrong and it goes harmlessly over.

Sam Dalby, a 20-year-old that started his career at Leyton Orient, is on for Watford with Joao Pedro, who missed a glorious one-on-one chance at the start of this half, going off.

The link-up play between Tranmere's goalkeeper Scott Davies and Paul Mullin has been brilliant. Davies just releases the ball straight down the middle, the Watford players have switched off and Mullin is causing them problems.

Jose Holebas made the goal with a corner from the left, and this time he takes it from the right.

The first attempt is poor, but finds its way back to him and his second cross just evades Christian Kabasele, who was trying to bundle the ball in at the back post.

Fifteen minutes left for a winner, or it's an extra 30 minutes that neither side will want.

Tranmere need to keep believing in their game plan, keep doing what they are doing because they have dominate in this game but what Watford have done, they have changed the game plan.

They've started to go a little bit more direct, started missing out the midfield because they've realised Tranmere have been so good, it's got them higher up the pitch.

So unlucky for Tranmere and so unlucky for Paul Mullin. The ball is played forward, he dinks the ball over Scott Davies and it is a foot race on who is going to get there first. Mullin wins the race, but from an incredibly tight angle, can only hit the outside of the post.

It's a lovely ball in from Jose Holebas, Tranmere don't deal with it and it ricochets around the box and fired in by Kayden Hinds. They didn't deserve that Watford, Tranmere have been dominate in this game.

Ferrier fully deserve this ovation, he's been superb tonight and Mullin - I hope he's been watching what he's been doing because he'll have to try and replicate what his strike partner has done.

Nearly an instant impact from Paul Mullin. Tight on the deadball line, he shows a nice piece of skill to nutmeg Bayli Spencer-Adams, but a covering Watford defender snuffs out the danger inside their six-yard box.

Paul Mullin, whose 87th-minute penalty in the first game saw it end 3-3 and bring us to this replay, comes on as Tranmere targetman Morgan Ferrier cannot shake off that earlier injury.

I do think Scott Davies would have saved it but it was a thunderbolt of a shot by Jose Holebas. That's the only time they've really threatened Tranmere's goal.

Jose Holebas with a free-kick and it pinballs around the area before it falls back to him from a tight angle and he strikes it beautifully but it bounces off the left post.

Tranmere still lead, but only just. Great effort from the Watford man.

Morgan Ferrier, the Tranmere target man who has been a handful, is in need of treatment. He gently jogs to the touchline as he hopes to do enough to convince Micky Mellon that he doesn't need to make a change. One to monitor.

Tranmere are looking really good; they look organised, they are trying to play in the final third of Watford and keep spinning it down the sides again. It's been a tactical night from Micky Mellon's team and it's worked really well but Watford have got nothing at all at the moment.

It's a yellow all day long for Tranmere's Connor Jennings, who is cautioned after clipping the heels of Joseph Hungbo.

Fantastic save from Scott Davies - comes out, gets low with good hands on it and he keeps Tranmere ahead. Joao Pedro should have scored with that chance.

Brazilian striker Joao Pedro, who was hardly seen in the first half, bursts through the middle of the Tranmere defence and only has Scott Davies to beat, but the home goalkeeper does excellently as he makes a fine save to keep out Joao Pedro's effort. That could've been the equaliser.

There's been a change at the break and 21-year-old Kaylen Hinds, who has represented England at Under-17 level, is on for Tom Dele-Bashiru.
