With the rain coming down in stair rods at Tynecastle, Michael Smith's left-footed, in-swinging cross from out on the right is flicked towards goal by Steven Naismith. Jamie Walker is running at full pelt and can do no more than chest the ball towards the Accies net but somehow Luke Southwood keeps it out. In the follow-up, Naismith is at the back post, surely in an offside position, when the ball is back-heeled to him. It might have been the rain that blinded the officials but Southwood is required to make the save again and the Lanarkshire men protect their slender advantage.
