James Tavernier doesn't look like a leader. If Terry Butcher and Richard Gough had come away with that some sort of stuff, I'd have thought they'd lost it. Maybe some of the players questioned it and looked at Tavernier. I think it's better for everyone at the moment if he steps aside

Rangers haven't delivered when the pressure's been on. They are going to finish second, so where in the pressure? The pressure will come from Steven Gerrard and the fans, so they have got to react because there's a lot of fingers being pointed at not only the players but the manager

    Ross County v Rangers (12:00)

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard believes his side will get back to winning ways in Dingwall.

"We need to get back on track as quick as possible," he tells Rangers TV. "There's a lot of hurt and pain as you can imagine at the moment and we feel that for our supporters as well.

"We need to get them back feeling good and smiling as quick as possible and Ross County's the first game we can do that and hopefully we can provide that performance for them.
