  1. Surplus matchday food donated to charities

Aston Villa, Brighton and Fulham were among the clubs to have donated hundreds of meals to local homeless charities after this weekend's fixtures in England's top four divisions were postponed.

Food had already been prepared for supporter kiosks and hospitality lounges at games across the UK.

    Read more here.

  2. National League half-time headlines

    Maidenhead v Stockport
    • Strugglers Maidenhead United are leading play-off chasing Stockport County thanks to Ody Alfa's first-half goal.
    • Notts County are ahead against Eastleigh after Kyle Wootton gives the Magpies the lead at Meadow Lane.
    • Sutton United are a goal up against Hartlepool, while AFC Fylde are leading Aldershot Town.
    • Dover Athletic are currently goalless against Chesterfield.
  3. HALF-TIME

Right, we're just edging towards half-time in each of our National League games. We'll bring you a little round-up of that first 45 minutes shortly...

  4. Post update

We don't have any official attendance numbers yet, but it would appear that plenty of people are at non-league matches today.

Below are pictures from the games at Dulwich Hamlet and Bradford Park Avenue, who both play in the sixth tier.

Nice one, James. What a way to enjoy the game!

  6. Post update

Fylde 1-0 Aldershot, Maidenhead 1-0 Stockport

It's been a good day to be a home fan - so far.

Four of our five National League matches are currently being decided by the odd goal in favour of the hosts, with AFC Fylde and Maidenhead United also both now in front.

The game between Dover Athletic and Chesterfield remains goalless.

  7. How are you getting your football fix today?

    #bbcfootball

The Match of the Day social media account asked earlier how you'd be feeling your Saturday. Here are some of the replies...

John Redfern: Horley Town v Peacehaven. They are giving people half-price entrance if they bring a season ticket from another club that’s theirs. Great idea.

David Kosylo: I consider watching my club Notts County as elite to me... so that's where I'll be this afternoon.

Jesterbrook: Subbuteo - maybe have it on MOTD?

What an idea that is. If only I knew where I'd left my Brazil team from the early 90s, we could get a game going. I'd need to glue Romario's arm back on, though.

  8. Post update

BBC Radio Kent's Matt Davison is following Tonbridge Angels away at Concord Rangers today.

He reports there's a feeling among fans that this might be the last time they'll see their team in action for a good while.

  9. Virtual reality?

Social media teams at football clubs are trying to find their own ways of giving their fans a Saturday football fix and are coming up with some ingenious plans...

Leyton Orient are among those simulating their postponed fixture using Football Manager (other computer games are available).

They've asked Orient fans to pick the team, formation and style of play for their "match" away at Bradford.

Cue 10,000 people dressing up in suits and giving their imaginary pre-match interviews... they've even been given a pep talk from the real O's manager, Ross Embleton...

It's still 0-0 at the virtual Valley Parade, by the way...

  10. Post update

    Notts County 1-0 Eastleigh

One of the matches you're able to listen to - at Meadow Lane - has already seen a goal.

Kyle Wootton is the man with it, heading home to National League's third-placed side Notts County in front against Eastleigh.

  13. Elbow to elbow

    Elbow greeting

Pre-match and post-match handshakes have become something of a minefield this past couple of weeks.

Remy Clerima, who plays for Maidenhead United, decided to go down the elbow-to-elbow route before kick-off against Stockport County.

  14. Post update

    Sutton 1-0 Hartlepool

We've had our first goal in the National League this afternoon and it's gone to Sutton who have taken the lead at home to Hartlepool.

Isaac Olaofe gets them off the mark as he takes advantage of Ben Killip's attempt to clear to the ball before finding the net.

    Lovely stuff.

Video caption: Coronavirus: How to wash your hands - in 20 seconds

Speaking of keeping safe, Prime Minster Boris Johnson has described washing your hands properly as the "best single piece of advice we can give" to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

And, in order to help get that important message out there, we're wondering how many different clubs' fans we can get to send us photographs of themselves washing their hands.

#footballfanswashinghands will be trending before we know it.

Send your pictures - donning your football club's colours, of course - our way by using #bbcfootball on Twitter.
