Lovely again from England and should it have been a penalty? Nicky Barmby plays a one-two with Robbie Fowler and appears to be brought down inside the box as he prepares to shoot, but nothing given.

It would have only been the second layer of icing on an already sumptuous cake for England anyway.

The oles are going around Wembley now as England look to close this one out, perhaps even sneak another goal.

The Netherlands have one back and it is a lovely, lovely finish by the young Patrick Kluivert.

Dennis Bergkamp teed it up for the Ajax teenager with a neat hooked ball into the box and Kluivert than calmly slotted the ball through David Seaman's legs.

A nice finish but surely a consolation at this late stage.

Double change for England now too as the goalscorers Alan Shearer and Teddy Sheringham go off with Nick Barmby and Robbie Fowler replacing them.

They are both on one yellow card each so, although they were on for a hat-trick, a necessary precaution.
