As Arteta says, it is another chance for Brazilian centre-half David Luiz, who had a shocker against Manchester City on the day football returned.

He came on a first-half sub, was at fault for goal one then conceded the penalty and was sent off for the second goal as City won 3-0.

Many thought that would be the end for Luiz in English football, but a few days later Arsenal announced he had signed a new one-year contract. What has he got in store for us today.

  3. 'Great to play in FA Cup'published at 12:58 British Summer Time 28 June 2020

Sheffield United v Arsenal (13:00 BST)

    Arsenal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta on BT Sport: "It's always great to play in an FA Cup tie.

"It will be a tough day but we’ll do it for the fans."

On David Luiz: "David [Luiz] has been training really well and he has his opportunity again."

On Arsenal's set-up for today's game: "We have a few different ways of playing and we have to put everybody in the right position."

Obviously Bramall Lane has no fans in attendance. Arsenal are first out on to the field and when they're in position the hosts join them.

  5. 'Need to recapture performance'published at 12:55 British Summer Time 28 June 2020

Sheffield United v Arsenal (13:00 BST)

    Sheffield United

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder on BT Sport: "Just the next game is a good distraction for us.

"We need to recapture the performances from before lockdown. We've got big players back today and we fancy our chances.

"We just have to concentrate on ourselves. We're pretty much to full strength. We've had a couple of days off, had a good training session yesterday and were ready."

Sheffield United v Arsenal (13:00 BST)

So a big game for both sides at Bramall Lane today. The FA Cup is Arsenal's big hope of salvaging something from a rotten season that sees them down in ninth in the Premier League, one place below the Blades.

But it is an important day for Chris Wilder's side too as their season, which has promised so much and potential European qualification for the first time in their history, threatens to have an anti-climatic ending.

  7. The most controversial goal in FA Cup history?published at 12:45 British Summer Time 28 June 2020

Sheffield United v Arsenal (13:00 BST)

As Sheffield United prepare to face Arsenal in the FA Cup quarter-finals, BBC Sport looks back at a controversial moment involving the two clubs.

It was a fifth-round tie in 1999 between the two sides at Highbury. A player went down injured and Sheffield United kicked the ball out. Ray Parlour threw it back as you would expect, but then things got strange.

Nwankwo Kanu sprinted after it, he crossed and Marc Overmars put the ball into the net as Blades players protested and boss Steve Bruce threatened to take his players of the pitch.

Arsenal won it 2-1, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger offered for the match to be replayed, which it was with Arsenal again winning 2-1 with Overmars again on the scoresheet.

    Watch the controversy below...

Who is going to win the FA Cup and why?

Gbadero Toluwalope: I can't help but remember 2017 when an out of form Arsenal scattered the odds and triumphed a last four comprising City, Chelsea, Spurs and the Gunners. I just can't help but think something like that will happen again this season. I think the Gunners will win it.

David Huggan: Tuning in from Sydney, Australia. I predict Man City vs Chelsea final. That match-up has never happened in the FA Cup Final before.
